Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podlokietnik mebla tapicerowanego o fakturze drewna, skladajacy sie z plaskiej, sztywnej, wygietej plyty z zaglebieniem, sluzacy jako oparcie pod reke mebla tapicerowanego. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie podlokietnika. Przy brzegu podlokietnika umiejscowiony jest rowek w wypelnieniu którego, znajduje sie tworzywo o metalicznym wygladzie. Ksztalt i zawartosc rowka z wypelnieniem daje podlokietnikowi oryginalny estetyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach na których fig. 1 stanowi rysunek drewnianego podlokietnika odmiana 1, fig. 2 odmiana druga - stanowi drewniany podlokietnik w kolorze brazu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Drewniany plaski podlokietnik, wygiety do dolu, przy brzegu umiejscowiony jest rowek w wypelnieniu którego, znajduje sie tworzywo o metalicznym wygladzie. Przy koncach podlokietnika, w poprzek umiejscowiona jest blaszka o metalicznym wygladzie. The essence of the design is revealed in the shape and appearance of the armrest. At the edge of the armrest there is a groove, in the filling of which there is a material with a metallic appearance. The shape and content of the groove with the filling gives the armrest an original aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 is a drawing of a wooden armrest, variant 1, Fig. 2, variant two - is a wooden armrest in brown.
