These are usually symmetrically shaped wooden elements with a varnish coating. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a decorative element, manifested in a specific shape, giving the furniture an original and aesthetic "design". Essential features of the industrial design The decorative element according to the industrial design has the form of a spatially shaped teardrop, the external and internal contours of which are basically parallel, with the external contour ending with a bent nose, which in its entirety resembles a crawling snail. The projection of the element on a horizontal plane has a rectangular profile. The lateral surface of the element has a uniform and smooth surface, which may be covered with a layer of varnish.
