Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z tworzy- wa sztucznego lub metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i efektach pla- stycznych wynikajacych z tego ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach jego wykonania na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunkach fig. 1 - fig. 14, na których fig. 1 - fig. 7 przed- stawiaja pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego, a fig. 7 - fig. 14 druga odmiane tego uchwytu, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wykonania uchwytu meblowego jednopunktowego w wido- ku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig. 6 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju osiowym, a fig. 7 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju osiowym prostopadlym do przekroju pokazanego na rysunku fig. 6, natomiast fig. 8 - przedstawia druga odmiane wykonania uchwytu meblowego jednopunktowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 9 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 10 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 11 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 12 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig. 13 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju osiowym, a fig. 14 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju osiowym, prostopadlym do przekroju pokazanego na rysunku fig. 13. Jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 7 uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy wedlug pierwszej odmiany jego wykonania stanowi bryla w ksztalcie tulei o profilu odwróconego stozka scietego, z zaslepionym jej dolnym dnem, z którego wystaje skierowany ku górze i ponad pierscieniowe czolo tej tulei z zaokraglona jej zewnetrzna krawedzia element profilo- wy przylegajacy czesciowo do wewnetrznej skosnej jej powierzchni, majacy równiez ksztalt zblizony do odwróconego stozka scietego, z czesciowo zaokraglonym jego górnym koncem, którego górne dno ma okragle wybranie, tworzace na tej wewnetrznej bryle obwodowe zakrzywione do wewnatrz czolo pierscieniowe. Z kolei, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 8 - fig. 14 uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy wedlug drugiej odmiany jego wykonania ma równiez ksztalt podobny jak uchwyt meblowy wedlug pierwszej odmiany wykonania przedstawionej na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 7, a róznica pomiedzy tymi uchwytami polega tylko na tym, ze w drugiej odmianie wykonania uchwyt meblowy stanowi bryla w ksztalcie tulei, o profilu zblizonym do odwróconego stozka scietego, której jedna polowa zamiast pólokregu ma profil paraboliczny z obnizonym plynnie jej górnym czolem. The subject of the industrial design is a single-point furniture handle made of plastic or metal, which is used to fit doors, drawers, and doors. The new and original nature of the industrial design is reflected in its shape and the resulting artistic effects. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in two variants of its embodiment in the attached illustrative material and in drawings fig. 1 - fig. 14, in which fig. 1 - fig. 7 show the first variant of the furniture handle, and fig. 7 - fig. 14 show the second variant of this handle, wherein fig. 1 shows the first variant of the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, fig. 3 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view, fig. 5 - the same handle in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the same handle in an axial section, and fig. 7 - the same handle in an axial section perpendicular to the section shown in drawing fig. 6, while fig. 8 shows the second variant of the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, fig. 9 - the same handle in the front view, fig. 10 - the same handle in the side view, fig. 11 - the same handle in the top view, fig. 12 - the same handle in the bottom view, fig. 13 - the same handle in the axial cross-section, and fig. 14 - the same handle in the axial cross-section, perpendicular to the cross-section shown in figure fig. 13. As shown in the attached illustration material and in figures fig. 1 - fig. 7, the single-point furniture handle according to the first variant of its implementation is a body in the shape of a sleeve with a profile of an inverted truncated cone, with its bottom bottom closed, from which protrudes a profile element directed upwards and above the annular front of this sleeve with its rounded outer edge, partially adjacent to its inner oblique surface, also having a shape similar to an inverted cone truncated, with a partially rounded upper end, the upper bottom of which has a circular recess, creating a circumferential, inwardly curved annular face on this internal solid. Furthermore, a threaded mounting hole is made in the axis of symmetry of the lower flat bottom of this holder, which also serves as a base for the internal profile element protruding from it. In turn, as shown in the attached illustration material and in the drawing Fig. 8 - Fig. 14, the single-point furniture handle according to the second variant of its execution also has a shape similar to the furniture handle according to the first variant of the execution shown in the drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 7, and the difference between these handles is only that in the second variant of the execution the furniture handle is a solid in the shape of a sleeve, with a profile close to an inverted truncated cone, one half of which, instead of a semicircle, has a parabolic profile with its upper front smoothly lowered.
