Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany z metalu typu „znal" oraz ze szkla, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek, szuflad itp. elementów mebli. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, doborze mate- rialów z których jest wykonany, oraz w charakterystycznych cechach linii utworzonych na powierzchni jego wkladki szklanej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspekty- wicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi korpus metalowy majacy ksztalt zblizo- ny do kielicha oraz umieszczona wewnatrz niego i wystajaca na zewnatrz szklana wkladka o profilu skróconego stozka scietego. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, the selection of materials from which it is made, and in the characteristic features of the lines created on the surface of its glass insert. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a side view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a top view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a bottom view. The industrial-design furniture handle comprises a metal body with a shape similar to a cup and a glass insert with a truncated cone profile protruding outward, positioned inside it. The monolithic cup-shaped metal body of this handle has a foot with a flat, rounded lower surface, with an axial mounting hole, surrounded by a circular flange that tapers upward and is connected by a smooth radius to a central cylindrical section, the upper end of which merges radially into a section with a truncated cone profile, terminating in a cylindrical section with an annular recess on its upper flat surface, from which the aforementioned glass insert protrudes outward. A glass insert with a low truncated cone profile, mounted in the upper opening, has chamfers on its lateral oblique surface, forming flat triangular surfaces that meet sideways so that the upper flat surface of this insert has an outer circumference in the shape of a dodecagon.
