Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i efektach pla- stycznych wynikajacych z tego ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5 uchwyt meblowy stanowi osiowo symetryczna i monolityczna bryla przestrzenna posiadajaca profilowa, luko- wo wygieta czesc chwytowa oraz polaczone z jej obu koncami identyczne stopki profilowe. The new and original nature of the industrial design is reflected in its shape and the resulting artistic effects. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in figures 1-5, where figure 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, figure 2 shows the same handle from the front, figure 3 shows the same handle from above, figure 4 shows the same handle from the side, and figure 5 shows the same handle from below. As shown in the attached illustration material and in Fig. 1 - Fig. 5, the furniture handle is an axially symmetrical and monolithic spatial body with a profiled, arched gripping part and identical profile feet connected to its both ends. Its gripping part in the axial cross-section has a shape similar to a ring section with its thickness decreasing towards both feet of this holder, and in a side view it also has a shape similar to a ring section but with its width increasing towards both feet, which in a side view have the shape of an inverted truncated cone, from which a profile element protrudes above its upper surface, while both in a top view and in a bottom view the gripping part of this holder has the shape of a biconcave lens, passing on both sides into semicircular profiles constituting the fronts and side walls of both of these conical feet, which have single threaded mounting holes in their axes of symmetry on their lower surfaces and in the aforementioned profile elements adjacent to them. In addition, on the upper surface of this handle there are profiled recesses widening and deepening in both directions from the central surface of the gripping part to the conical inner surfaces of the feet, from which protrude profiled elements directed upwards and above their half-ring faces, partially adhering to their inner oblique surfaces, also having a shape similar to identical inverted truncated cones with their upper ends partially rounded, the upper bottoms of which have circular recesses forming inwardly curved annular faces on these inner solids, and this handle has upper edges rounded along its entire profile circumference.
