Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek. Kubek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma zastosowanie w przechowywaniu, w szczególnosci ar- tykulów spozywczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowej postaci przedmiotu wzoru wynikajacej z jego oryginalnego ksztaltu i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: – Fig. 1 ilustracji przedstawia kubek w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, – Fig. 2 ilustracji przedstawia kubek w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu. Wzór charakteryzuje sie tym, ze kubek jest fantazyjnie wyprofilowany, sciany boczne sa zbudo- wane w ksztalcie osmiokata, zwezajacego sie ku dolowi, przy czym u nasady sciana boczna jest pola- czona z okregiem stanowiacym górna czesc kubka. W podstawie kubka znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie kola. Nasade kubka stanowi otwarty okrag, przy czym u samej nasady okrag jest szerszy, w postaci kolnierza zagietego pod katem prostym. Nasada w postaci okregu lagodnie przechodzi w sciany boczne w ksztalcie osmiokata. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w oryginalnym polaczeniu i uksztaltowaniu wszystkich elementów kubka za pomoca linii, konturów i powierzchni. The mug, according to the industrial design, is used for storing food, in particular. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the new form of the design subject resulting from its original shape and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which: – Fig. 1 of the illustration shows the mug in a perspective view from above; – Fig. 2 of the illustration shows the mug in a perspective view from below. The design is characterized by a fancifully profiled mug, with the side walls constructed in the shape of an octagon, tapering downwards, and at the base, the side wall is connected to a circle constituting the top of the mug. The base of the mug has a circular recess. The base of the mug is an open circle, with the base being wider, in the form of a collar bent at a right angle. The circular base gently merges into the octagonal side walls. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the original combination and shaping of all the mug's elements using lines, contours, and surfaces.
