Noga meblowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa wykonana z metalu lub tworzywa sztucznego stosowana jako wyposazenie szaf, szafek, komód, biurek itp. elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia noge meblowa w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji odwróconej o 180° , fig. 2 - te sama noge w widoku z boku, w pozycji montowanej do mebla, fig. 3 - te sama noge w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - te sama noge w widoku od spodu. Noge meblowa stanowi monolityczna bryla utworzona z elementu majacego w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt kwadratowy, którego dolna powierzchnia zaopatrzona jest w tworzywowa okragla stopke, a jego górne konce dwóch prostokatnych boków oraz laczacej je krawedzi polaczone sa promieniowo z dolna powierzchnia podstawy, zas górny koniec zewnetrznej krawedzi pozostalych dwóch boków prostokatnych polaczony jest z narozem dwóch krawedzi górnej powierzchni tej podstawy majacej w widoku z góry ksztalt trójkata prostokatnego z zaokraglonymi dwoma jego narozami. Dolna powierzchnia tej podstawy posiada wyjecie trójkatne z zaokraglonym narozem, tworzac boczne odsadzenia, w których wykonane sa po dwa otwory montazowe. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Noga meblowa wykonana korzystnie z metalu, pokazana na rysunku fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi ja monolityczna bryla utworzona z elementu majacego w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt kwadratowy, którego dolna powierzchnia zaopatrzona jest w tworzywowa okragla stopke, a2 jego górne konce dwóch prostokatnych boków oraz laczacej je krawedzi polaczone sa promieniowo z dolna powierzchnia podstawy, zas górny koniec zewnetrznej krawedzi pozostalych dwóch boków prostokatnych polaczony jest z narozem dwóch krawedzi górnej powierzchni tej podstawy majacej w widoku z góry ksztalt trójkata prostokatnego z zaokraglonymi dwoma jego narozami, natomiast dolna powierzchnia tej podstawy posiada wyjecie trójkatne z zaokraglonym narozem, tworzac boczne odsadzenia, w których wykonane sa po dwa otwory montazowe. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in a perspective view rotated 180°, Fig. 2 shows the same leg from the side, as mounted to the furniture, Fig. 3 shows the same leg from above, and Fig. 4 shows the same leg from below. The furniture leg is a monolithic solid composed of a square-shaped element in cross-section, the lower surface of which is fitted with a round plastic foot. The upper ends of its two rectangular sides and the connecting edge are radially connected to the lower surface of the base, while the upper end of the outer edge of the remaining two rectangular sides is connected to the corner of the two edges of the upper surface of this base, which, in plan view, has the shape of a right-angled triangle with two rounded corners. The lower surface of this base has a triangular opening with a rounded corner, creating side offsets with two mounting holes each. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture leg, preferably made of metal, shown in Figures 1-4, is characterized in that: - it is a monolithic body made of an element having a square cross-section, the lower surface of which is provided with a plastic round foot, and 2 its upper ends of two rectangular sides and the edge connecting them are radially connected to the lower surface of the base, while the upper end of the outer edge of the remaining two rectangular sides is connected to the corner of two edges of the upper surface of this base, which in a top view has the shape of a right-angled triangle with two of its corners rounded, while the lower surface of this base has a triangular opening with a rounded corner, creating side offsets in which two mounting holes are made.
