PL 23290 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa, przeznaczona do podpierania mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac nogi przejawiajaca sie w charaktery- stycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 – uwidocz- niono noge meblowa w ujeciu aksonometrycznym w widoku z góry, na fig. 2 – noge meblowa w wido- ku ogólnym od dolu, a na fig. 3 – noge meblowa w widoku z boku. Noga meblowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze wystepowac w róznych wysokosciach oraz moze byc wykonana poprzez polaczenie kombinacji róznych materialów innych niz drewno i metal, na przyklad z tworzywa sztucznego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Noga meblowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma od góry otwarta, wewnatrz zebrowana prostokatna platforme z rozlozonymi na calej dlugosci otworami i laczy sie pro- stopadle z okragla kolumna stopy zespolonej z nia lacznikiem o trójkatnym przekroju bocznym, przy czym dlugosc platformy jest wieksza niz wysokosc stopy, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the leg, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from the shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where in fig. 1 - the furniture leg is shown in an axonometric view from above, in fig. 2 - the furniture leg in a general view from below, and in fig. 3 - the furniture leg in a side view. The furniture leg, according to the industrial design, can occur in different heights and can be made by combining a combination of different materials other than wood and metal, for example from plastic. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has an open, ribbed rectangular platform at the top with holes spread along its entire length and is connected perpendicularly to a round column of the foot connected to it by a connector with a triangular side cross-section, the length of the platform being greater than the height of the foot, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 3.
