The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the leg, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows a general view of the furniture leg. The furniture leg is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from the side, it generally has the shape of a polyhedral solid with rounded surfaces, a solid formed on the plan of a flared, inverted "L." Legs may come in various heights and may be made by combining various materials other than wood and metal, for example, plastic. Essential features of an industrial design A furniture leg is characterized by being a solid which, in a side view, essentially has the shape of a polyhedral solid formed on the plan of a splayed inverted "L", has a trapezoidal platform with holes, passing through planes connecting at an obtuse angle into a columnar foot which is tilted outwards in relation to the axis perpendicular to the ground, has a horizontal cross-section similar to the platform and forms a solid with it based on an obtuse angle, as shown in the attached drawing.
