Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nózka meblowa wykonana z metalu, stosowana jako wyposazenie stojacych szaf, szafek, witryn, komód i im podobnych mebli. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i usytuowania wzgledem siebie czterech pólkulistych elementów tej nózki, ograniczajacych powierzchnie styku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach jego wykonania na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - 8, na którym fig. 1 - 4 przedstawiaja pierwsza odmiane wykonania tej nózki, a fig. 5 - 8 druga jej odmiane wykonania, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia nózke meblowa wedlug pierwszej odmiany jej wykonania, wyposazona w cztery dolne pólkuliste elementy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - te sama nózke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - te sama nózke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - te sama nózke w widoku od spodu, natomiast fig. 5 - przedstawia nózke meblowa wedlug drugiej odmiany jej wykonania, wyposazona w cztery dolne walcowe elementy w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - te sama nózke w widoku z boku, fig. 7 - te sama nózke w widoku z góry, a fig. 8 - te sama nózke w widoku od spodu. Nózka meblowa wedlug pierwszej odmiany jej wykonania przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 1 - 4 ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennej bryly, która na dolnej prostokatnej powierzchni ma wykonane wyjecie prostopadloscienne, tworzace na tej powierzchni obwodowa ramke prostokatna o zróznicowanych jej szerokosciach, to jest szersza wzdluz dluzszych boków tej nózki i znacznie wezsza wzdluz jej krótszych boków, przy czym w podluznej osi symetrii tego wybrania na pozostalej jego powierzchni wykonane sa dwa otwory montazowe, natomiast na obu dolnych szerszych bokach tej dolnej ramki w poblizu ich narozy osadzone sa cztery pólkuliste elementy ograniczajace powierzchnie styku tej nózki z podlozem mebla wyposazonego w takie nózki. Z kolei nózka meblowa wedlug drugiej odmiany jej wykonania przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 5 - 8 ma ksztalt podobny jak nózka wedlug pierwszej odmiany pokazana na rysunku fig. 1 - 4, a róznica pomiedzy nimi polega tylko na tym, ze w nózce wedlug drugiej odmiany na obu dolnych szerszych bokach jej dolnej obwodowej ramki w poblizu ich narozy osadzone sa cztery walcowe elementy ze scietymi dolnymi krawedziami. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly the shape and relative arrangement of the leg's four hemispherical elements, which define the contact surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two variants of its embodiment in the attached drawing, figs. 1-8, in which figs. 1-4 show the first variant of the leg, and figs. 5-8 show the second variant of its embodiment, wherein fig. 1 shows a furniture leg according to the first variant of its embodiment, equipped with four lower hemispherical elements in a front view, fig. 2 - the same leg in a side view, fig. 3 - the same leg in a top view, fig. 4 - the same leg in a bottom view, while fig. 5 shows a furniture leg according to the second variant of its embodiment, equipped with four lower cylindrical elements in a front view, fig. 6 - the same leg in a side view, fig. 7 - the same leg in a top view, and fig. 8 - the same leg in a bottom view. The furniture leg according to the first variant of its execution, shown in drawing fig. 1 - 4, has the shape of a cuboidal solid, which has a cuboidal recess made on its lower rectangular surface, creating on this surface a peripheral rectangular frame with its varied widths, i.e. wider along the longer sides of this leg and significantly narrower along its shorter sides, wherein in the longitudinal axis of symmetry of this recess on its remaining surface two mounting holes are made, while on both lower wider sides of this lower frame, near their corners, four hemispherical elements are mounted, limiting the contact surface of this leg with the floor of the furniture equipped with such legs. In turn, the furniture leg according to the second variant of its execution, shown in drawings fig. 5 - 8, has a shape similar to the leg according to the first variant, shown in drawings fig. 1 - 4, and the difference between them is only that in the leg according to the second variant, on both lower wider sides of its lower peripheral frame, near their corners, four cylindrical elements with cut lower edges are mounted.
