Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa, wykonana z metalu lub/i tworzywa sztucznego, stosowana jako wyposazenie mebli, zwlaszcza lózek, sof, kanap i szaf spelniajaca funk- cje wspierania i utrzymania tych mebli w stabilnej pozycji. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i usytuowaniu wzgledem siebie jego elementów skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach jego wykonania na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 - fig. 10, na których fig. 1 - fig. 5 przedstawiaja pierwsza odmiane nogi meblowej a fig. 6 - 10, druga odmiane tej nogi, przy czym fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wy- konania nogi meblowej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ta sama noge w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama noge w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - te sama noge w widoku od spodu a fig. 5 - te sama noge w widoku z góry natomiast fig. 6 - przedstawia druga odmiane wykonania nogi meblowej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - ta sama noge w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - te sama noge w widoku z boku, fig. 9 - te sama noge w widoku od spodu a fig. 10 - te sama noge w widoku z góry. Jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 - fig. 5 noga meblowa wedlug pierwszej odmiany jej wykonania sklada sie z poziomo usytuowanego elementu rurowego o kwadratowym prze- kroju poprzecznym i zaokraglonych podluznych jego krawedziach, w którego oba jego czola wcisniete sa zaslepki plytkowe, tak ze ich boczne zewnetrzne scianki sa zlicowane z bocznymi scianami tego elementu rurowego, na którego górnej poziomej scianie osadzone sa dwa okragle wsporniki rurowe, usytuowane prostopadle do niej i w jej podluznej osi symetrii, do których górnych czól przymocowane sa prostokatne elementy plytkowe, zaopatrzone w otwory montazowe usytuowane w ich narozach oraz w ich srodkach geometrycznych, natomiast w przeciwleglej dolnej pionowej scianie tego elemen- tu rurowego osadzone sa dwie okragle plytkowe stopki tworzywowe, usytuowane w osiach pionowych obu górnych wsporników rurowych. Z kolei jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 6 - fig. 10 noga meblowa wedlug drugiej odmiany jej wykonania ma budowe w tym: jej oba wsporniki rurowe, których górne czola polaczone sa z prostokatnymi elementami plytkowymi oraz obie okragle plytkowe stopki przymocowane do dolnej poziomej scienny elementu rurowego tej nogi identyczna jak noga meblowa pierwszej wedlug pierw- szej odmiany wykonania przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 1 - fig. 5. Róznica pomiedzy obu odmianami nogi meblowej polega tylko na tym, ze w drugiej odmianie jej wykonania noga meblowa ma poziomo usytuowany element rurowy o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym i o zaokraglonych jego podluz- nych krawedziach jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 6 - 10. Plytkowe prostokatne elementy nogi wedlug wzoru przemyslowego mocuje sie za pomoca wkretów poprzez ich otwory montazowe do dolnej poziomej plyty na przyklad szafy lub odpowiedniego elementu innego mebla. The new and original nature of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, particularly the shape and relative positioning of its component elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two variants of its embodiment in the attached drawings fig. 1 - fig. 10, in which fig. 1 - fig. 5 show the first variant of the furniture leg and fig. 6 - 10 the second variant of this leg, wherein fig. 1 - shows the first variant of the furniture leg in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same leg in a front view, fig. 3 - the same leg in a side view, fig. 4 - the same leg in a bottom view and fig. 5 - the same leg in a top view, while fig. 6 - shows the second variant of the furniture leg in a perspective view, fig. 7 - the same leg in a front view, fig. 8 - the same leg in a side view, fig. 9 - the same leg in a bottom view and fig. 10 - the same leg in a top view. As shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 5, the furniture leg according to the first variant of its execution consists of a horizontally situated tubular element with a square cross-section and rounded longitudinal edges, in both of whose faces plate plugs are pressed so that their side outer walls are flush with the side walls of this tubular element, on the upper horizontal wall of which two round tubular supports are mounted, situated perpendicularly to it and in its longitudinal axis of symmetry, to the upper faces of which rectangular plate elements are attached, provided with mounting holes situated in their corners and in their geometric centers, while in the opposite lower vertical wall of this tubular element two round plastic plate feet are mounted, situated in vertical axes of both upper tubular supports. In turn, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 6 - Fig. 10, the furniture leg according to the second version of its execution has the following structure: its two tubular supports, the upper faces of which are connected to rectangular plate elements, and both round plate feet attached to the lower horizontal wall tubular element of this leg, identical to the first furniture leg according to the first version of the execution, shown in drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 5. The difference between both versions of the furniture leg is only that in the second version of its execution, the furniture leg has a horizontally located tubular element with a rectangular cross-section and rounded longitudinal edges, as shown in drawings Fig. 6 - 10. The rectangular plate elements of the leg according to the industrial design are attached by means of screws through their mounting holes to the lower horizontal plate on the example of a wardrobe or a suitable element of other furniture. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg according to the industrial design shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 is characterized in that: - in the first variant of the execution, this leg is a horizontally placed tubular element with a square cross-section and rounded longitudinal edges, in both of which plate plugs are pressed so that their side external walls are flush with the side walls of this tubular element, on the upper horizontal wall of which two round tubular supports are mounted, situated perpendicularly to it and in its longitudinal axis of symmetry, to the upper faces of which rectangular plate elements are attached, provided with mounting holes situated in their corners and in their geometric centers, while in the opposite lower vertical wall of this tubular element two round plate feet are mounted plastic, located in the vertical axes of both upper tubular supports, fig. 1 - fig. 5, while - in the second variant of the execution, this leg is also a horizontally located tubular element but with a rectangular cross-section and rounded longitudinal edges, in both of which plate plugs are pressed so that their side outer walls are flush with the side walls of this tubular element, on the upper horizontal wall of which two round tubular supports are mounted, located perpendicularly to it and in its longitudinal axis of symmetry, to the upper faces of which rectangular plate elements are attached, provided with mounting holes located in their corners and in their geometric centers, while in the opposite lower vertical wall of this tubular element two round plate-shaped plastic feet, located in the vertical axes of both upper tubular supports, fig. 6 - fig. 10.
