Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zawiesia oprawy oswietleniowej do mocowania do sufitów lub sciany pod katem prostym do plaszczyzny sufitu lub sciany, zmierzajaca do estetycznego i bezpiecznego montazu opraw oswietleniowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zawiesie oprawy oswietleniowej w widoku z dolu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zawiesie oprawy oswietleniowej w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - przedstawiono zawiesie oprawy oswietleniowej w widoku z boku od strony uchwytów montazowych, fig. 4 - przedstawiono zawiesie oprawy oswietleniowej w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunku zawiesie oprawy oswietleniowej ma montazowa plyte o ksztalcie kwadratu. W poblizu narozników glównej plaszczyzny znajduja sie cylindryczne otwory z umieszczonymi wewnatrz srubami z nakretkami. Symetrycznie do siebie na montazowej plycie znajduja sie dwa cylindryczne otwory usytuowane równolegle do krawedzi plyty pomocniczej, które wyposazone sa w okragle dlawiki. Prostopadle do powierzchni montazowej plyty jest pomocnicza powierzchnia zaopatrzona na brzegach w prostokatne uchwyty zaopatrzone w okragle, przelotowe otwory, a w srodkowej czesci tej powierzchni znajduje sie wciecie o ksztalcie prostokata umieszczone symetrycznie do dluzszego boku tej powierzchni. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of lighting fixture suspension device for mounting to ceilings or walls at a right angle to the ceiling or wall, designed to facilitate aesthetic and safe mounting of lighting fixtures. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the lighting fixture suspension device from below; Fig. 2 shows the lighting fixture suspension device from above; Fig. 3 shows the lighting fixture suspension device from the side facing the mounting brackets; and Fig. 4 shows the lighting fixture suspension device from the side.
