Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil polaczeniowy przeznaczony do laczenia elemen- tów, zwlaszcza elementów plytowych z róznych materialów np. plyty wykonanej z laminatu poliestro- wego i plyty wykonanej ze sklejki. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie profilu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia profil polaczeniowy w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - profil polaczeniowy w widoku czolowym. Profil polaczeniowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada listwe srodkowa o ksztalcie prosto- katnym. Z jednej strony listwy wyprowadzone sa pólki tworzace wybranie otwarte od strony zewnetrz- nej. Jedna pólka tego wybrania jest dluzsza od drugiej pólki wybrania. W dluzszej pólce znajduja sie wybrzuszenia i wglebienia tworzace rowki usytuowane na wewnetrznej powierzchni tej pólki. Z drugiej strony listwy wyprowadzone sa dwie pólki tworzace wybranie, które jest otwarte od strony zewnetrz- nej. Pólki te maja w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt waskich listew o zarysie prostokatnym. Wybranie polozone po jednej stronie listwy jest szersze od wybrania polozonego po drugiej stronie listwy. Dlu- gosc profilu polaczeniowego jest zalezna od dlugosci elementów, które sa przeznaczone do polaczenia. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Profil polaczeniowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada listwe srodkowa o ksztalcie prostokatnym. Z jednej strony listwy wyprowadzone sa pólki tworzace wybranie otwarte od strony zewnetrznej. Jedna pólka tego wybrania jest dluzsza od drugiej pólki wybrania. W dluzszej pólce znajduja sie wybrzuszenia i wglebienia tworzace rowki usytuowane na wewnetrznej powierzchni tej pólki. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in the shape of the profile. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the connecting profile from a side view, and Fig. 2 - the connecting profile from a front view. The connecting profile according to the industrial design has a rectangular central strip. On one side of the strip, shelves extend out, creating a recess open on the outside. One shelf of this recess is longer than the other. The longer shelf contains bulges and recesses creating grooves located on the inner surface of the shelf. On the other side of the strip, two shelves extend into a recess open on the outside. These shelves have a cross-sectional shape resembling narrow rectangular strips. The recess on one side of the strip is wider than the recess on the other side. The length of the connecting profile depends on the length of the elements to be connected.
