PL 25494 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka, umozliwiajaca odkladanie elementów o niewiel- kich gabarytach do bezposredniego jej wieszania na scianie, przeznaczonej do ekspozycji. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac wytworu, odznaczajaca sie indywidualnym charakterem, przeja- wiajacym sie w szczególnosci w nowym ksztalcie pólki, na której odkladac mozna niewielkich gabarytów przedmioty np. ceramike, ksiazki, kwiaty w zaleznosci od charakteru wnetrza, w którym sie znajduja oraz gustu uzytkownika. Pionowy lacznik od strony pomieszczenia posiada pólokragle wyciecia od strony sciany i od strony pomieszczenia. ? The essence of the design is a new form of the product, distinguished by its individual character, manifested in particular in the new shape of the shelf, on which small items such as ceramics, books, or flowers can be placed, depending on the character of the interior in which they are located and the user's taste. The shelf according to the design is shown in the illustrations, where: Fig. 1 shows the shelf from the front, Fig. 2 – the shelf in the first bottom view, Fig. 3 – the shelf in the second bottom view, Fig. 4 – the shelf in the top view, Fig. 5 – the shelf in the left side view, Fig. 6 – the shelf in the right side view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The shelf according to the industrial design is characterized by the following essential features: ? It consists of two parallel boards connected by three vertical connectors, two of which are located on the wall side and the third on the outside between them. ? The vertical connector on the room side has semicircular cutouts on both the wall and room sides. ? The vertical connectors on the wall side have semicircular cutouts on the room side. ? The entire shelf has a wood texture. ? The upper surfaces of the boards feature circles with parallel chord segments.
