Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z indywidualnych efektów zdobniczo- -uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from individual decorative and functional effects, shape composition, and the connection of the handle with the furniture.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig.1 pokazano uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z lewego boku, na fig. 2 – przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku przodu; na fig. 3 – uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu z lewej strony, na fig. 4 – uchwyt w widoku z góry na fig. 5 – uchwyt w widoku z dolu, na fig. 6 – uchwyt w widoku z boku od strony stopy.
