PL 25280 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych elementów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z indywidualnych efektów zdobniczo- -uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from individual decorative and utility effects, shape composition, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 is shown in a top view, fig. 2 – the handle in a side view; fig. 3 – the handle in a bottom view, fig. 4 – the handle in a perspective view from the top right, fig. 5 – the handle in a perspective view from the top left, fig. 6 – the handle in a perspective view from the bottom right and fig. 7 – the handle in a perspective view from the bottom left. The furniture handle is characterized by the fact that it has a shape similar to a modified C-profile in the side view. The furniture handle shown in the attached illustration material is a tripartite solid, consisting of a body, as a longer gripping element and two, constituting a mirror image of the closing ends - wider feet, the gripping element is convex, longitudinally profiled stepwise downwards, in such a way that the profiles run parallel to its longitudinal axis and is grooved perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis, while the body feet are flat solids profiled around the same length as the gripping element, in the shape of a modified hexagon with two vertical, convex details in the shape of polygonal screw heads on each. The handle can be available in various lengths and colours. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle is characterized in that it has the shape of a modified U-shaped section in such a way that, in a side view, its shape is basically similar to the modified U-shaped section, constituting a tripartite solid consisting of the body as a longer gripping element and two wider feet, which are a mirror image of the closing ends, wherein the gripping element is convex, longitudinally profiled stepwise downwards, in such a way that the profiles run parallel to its longitudinal axis and is grooved perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis, while the body feet are flat solids profiled around the same length as the gripping element, in the shape of a modified hexagon with two vertical, convex details in the shape of polygonal screw heads on each of them, as shown in the attached illustrative material in fig. 1 to 7.
