Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac ksztaltu wafla, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltach, nadajacych waflowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. The essence of the industrial pattern is a new form of the wafer shape, manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, giving the wafer an original and individual aesthetic appearance.

Wafel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze podstawa ma ksztalt prostokata, natomiast górna czesc stanowi ½ walca przecietego wzdluznie. Zewnetrzna lukowata plaszczyzne walca tworza równolegle ulozone wzgledem siebie i polaczone ze soba pierscienie. Pierscienie o pod- stawie okregu sa dodatkowo przekrecone wzgledem podstawy. Podstawa górna oraz dolna czesci wal- cowej jest pochylona do srodka wafla. Wszystkie przejscia pomiedzy pierscieniami oraz polaczenie z podstawa jest wygladzone i zaokraglone.
