PL 24980 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, metalu albo stopu metalu, przeznaczony do zawieszania na nim odziezy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest w materiale ilustracyjnym w którym: fig. 1 – przedstawia fotografie wieszaka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – rysunek wieszaka od strony tylnej i fig. 3 – rysunek wieszaka widocznego z boku. Wieszak wykonany jest z preta o przekroju kolowym, w ogólnym widoku posiada ksztalt zblizony do duzej litery „L" zmodyfikowanej w dolnej czesci poprzez wprowadzenie pionowego zaczepu z zaokraglonym koncem usytuowanego równolegle do pionowego trzonu wieszaka równiez zaokraglonego w górnej czesci, zas pionowy trzon wieszaka posiada od strony tylnej pionowy splaszczony wystep w którym znajduja sie gniazda do osadzenia wkretów mocujacych wieszak do mebla. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in its shape, which gives it a new original appearance and increases its aesthetic values. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration material in which: fig. 1 - presents a photograph of the hanger in a perspective view, fig. 2 - drawing of the hanger from the back side and fig. 3 - drawing of the hanger visible from the side. The hanger is made of a rod with a circular cross-section, in general view it has a shape similar to a large letter "L" modified in the lower part by introducing a vertical hook with a rounded end located parallel to the vertical shaft of the hanger, also rounded in the upper part, while the vertical shaft of the hanger has a vertical flattened protrusion on the back side in which there are sockets for mounting screws securing the hanger to the furniture. Essential features of the industrial design The hanger is distinguished by the fact that it is made of a rod with a circular cross-section, in general view it has a shape similar to a large letter "L" modified in the lower part by introducing a vertical hook with a rounded end located parallel to the vertical shaft of the hanger, also rounded in the upper part, while the vertical shaft of the hanger has a vertical flattened protrusion on the back side in which there are sockets for mounting screws securing the hanger to the furniture, as shown in the attached illustrative material, figs. 1 to 3.
