PL 24981 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, metalu albo stopu metalu, przeznaczony do zawieszania na nim odziezy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest w materiale ilustracyjnym w którym: fig. 1 – przedstawia fotografie wieszaka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – rysunek wieszaka w widoku od strony bocznej i fig. 3 – rysunek wieszaka w widoku od strony tylnej. Wieszak wykonany jest z preta o przekroju kolowym. W ogólnym widoku posiada ksztalt zblizony do duzej litery „L" zmodyfikowanej poprzez wprowadzenie w dolnej czesci pionowego zaczepu z zaokraglonym koncem usytuowanego równolegle do pionowego trzonu wieszaka, zas w tylnej czesci posiada pionowy trzon zakonczony od strony górnej zaokraglonym pretem odgietym do przodu, ponadto trzon posiada od strony tylnej pionowy splaszczony wystep w którym znajduja sie gniazda do osadzenia wkretów mocujacych wieszak do mebla. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in its shape, which gives it a new original appearance and increases its aesthetic values. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration material in which: fig. 1 - presents photographs of the hanger in a perspective view, fig. 2 - drawing of the hanger in a side view and fig. 3 - drawing of the hanger in a back view. The hanger is made of a rod with a circular cross-section. In general view, it has a shape similar to a large letter "L" modified by introducing a vertical hook with a rounded end in the lower part, located parallel to the vertical shaft of the hanger, while in the rear part it has a vertical shaft terminated at the top with a rounded rod bent forward, furthermore, the shaft has a vertical flattened protrusion at the rear in which there are sockets for mounting screws securing the hanger to the furniture. Essential features of the industrial design The hanger is distinguished by the fact that it is made of a rod with a circular cross-section, in general view it has a shape similar to a large letter "L" modified by introducing a vertical hook with a rounded end in the lower part, located parallel to the vertical shaft of the hanger, while in the rear part it has a vertical shaft terminated at the top with a rounded rod bent forward, furthermore, the shaft has a vertical flattened protrusion at the rear in which there are sockets for mounting screws securing the hanger to the furniture. of the furniture, as shown in the attached illustrations, figs. 1 to 3.
