PL 25475 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak, sluzacy zwlaszcza do zawieszania odziezy wierzchniej, reczników, akcesoriów kuchennych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac wieszaka, która przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i linii, oraz efektach estetycznych zen wynikajacych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, gdzie: fig.1 przedstawia wieszak w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 przedstawia wieszak w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia wieszak w widoku z boku, fig. 4 przedstawia wieszak w widoku z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Wieszak ma ksztalt zblizony do figury ptaka. Korpus, imitujacy korpus ptaka, posiada na odwrocie dwa otwory, dzieki którym mozliwy jest montaz do sciany za pomoca wkretów, od frontu posiada delikatne fazowanie na obu koncach, oraz wyfrezowany otwór, w którym montowany jest haczyk imitujacy skrzydlo ptaka. Haczyk to katownik, gdzie jedno ramie, sluzace do zawieszania, ma ksztalt trójkata o zaokraglonych krawedziach, drugie ramie, montowane w korpusie, ma ksztalt prostokata. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the hanger, which is manifested in its shape and lines, as well as the resulting aesthetic effects of Zen. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, where: Fig. 1 shows the hanger in a general view, Fig. 2 shows the hanger in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the hanger in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the hanger in a back view. Essential features of the industrial design: The hanger has a shape similar to the figure of a bird. The body, imitating a bird's body, has two holes on the back, allowing for wall mounting with screws. The front has a subtle chamfer on both ends, and a milled hole in which a hook imitating a bird's wing is mounted. The hook is a bracket where one arm, used for hanging, is in the shape of a triangle with rounded edges, while the other arm, mounted in the body, is in the shape of a rectangle.
