Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest miecz-zabawka dla dzieci. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac charakterystycznego miecza jako zabawki dla dzieci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym pokazujacym miecz w dwóch rzutach wedlug fig. 1 i fig. 2 pokazuje ksztalt miecza w widoku bocznym i z góry. Miecz tez wykonany z jednolitego materialu o charakterystycznej rekojesci z poprzecznymi rowkami oraz zabezpieczajacymi przed zsuwaniem reki element koncowy w postaci kola i element na styku rekojesci i ostrza miecza. Ostrze posiada na dlugosci ok. 1/2 dlugosci ostrza - rowki z trzema charakterystycznymi krzyzami. Taki sam krzyz umieszczony jest elemencie kolowym rekojesci. Cechami charakterystycznymi miecza jest krzyz polozony na koncu rekojesci oraz trzy krzyze polozone w rowku niedaleko rekojesci. Rekojesc jest zeberkowana zabezpieczajac w ten sposób przesuniecie reki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a distinctive sword as a children's toy. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, which show the sword in two views, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which shows the sword's shape from the side and from above. The sword is also made of a uniform material with a characteristic hilt with transverse grooves, a circular end element to prevent slipping, and an element at the junction of the hilt and the sword's blade. The blade has grooves with three characteristic crosses along approximately 1/2 the blade's length. The same cross is located on the circular element of the hilt. The sword's characteristic features include a cross at the end of the hilt and three crosses located in a groove near the hilt. The handle is ribbed, thus protecting the hand from shifting.
