Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie w widoku od jego czola. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia profil konstrukcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam profil w widoku z boku od jego czola. Profil konstrukcyjny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi monolityczny wydluzony wytwór li- stwowy, wewnatrz wydrazony, majacy w widoku od jego czola ksztalt ramki o profilu zblizonym do litery „L", która na jednej wewnetrznej powierzchni posiada narozny uskok prostokatny, w srodkowej jej czesci dwa odsadzenia prostokatne, a w poblizu prostopadlej do niej scianki kolejne szersze odsa- dzenie prostokatne z przylegajacym do niego uskokiem prostokatnym, natomiast przeciwlegla i równo- legla do niej druga dluzsza scianka nad bocznym jej odsadzeniem tworzacym czlon litery „L" poprzez krótka, skosna do wewnatrz scianke przechodzi w odsadzona scianke tworzaca wraz z pozostalymi dwoma prostopadle usytuowanymi sciankami zewnetrzny otwarty podluzny kanalek prostokatny. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly when viewed from the front. The industrial design is illustrated in the accompanying illustrations and drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the structural profile in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the same profile in a side view from the front. The construction profile according to the industrial design is a monolithic, elongated strip product, hollow inside, having the shape of a frame with a profile similar to the letter "L" when viewed from the front, which has a corner rectangular offset on one internal surface, two rectangular offsets in its central part, and near the wall perpendicular to it another wider rectangular offset with an adjacent rectangular offset, while the other, opposite and parallel, longer wall above its side offset forming a part of the letter "L" passes through a short, inwardly inclined wall into the offset wall which, together with the other two perpendicularly situated walls, forms an external open elongated rectangular channel. In turn, one inner corner, formed by one inner wall and the other inner wall perpendicular to it, has two arched offsets forming an open circular channel, while the opposite, shorter inner wall near the corner offset has an offset in the shape of an open ring. The elongated structural profile thus produced, 3.5 meters long, can be cut to desired lengths, if necessary, depending on the type of component being made from it.
