Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value.
