Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowa, zwlaszcza drzwi przesuwnych, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy krawedzi drzwi przesuwnych. Moze ona równiez pelnic role dwustronnego uchwytu umozliwiajacego przesuwanie drzwi. Listwa, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przystosowana do oklejania jej srodkowej powierzchni ozdobna folia, w celu umozliwienia natychmiastowej zmiany kolorystyki i dostosowania do potrzeb oraz indywidualnych gustów odbiorców. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, ilustrujacym listwe w widoku perspektywicznym, na którym fig.l - prezentuje listwe odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 - listwe odmiana 2. Listwa profilowa, zwlaszcza drzwi przesuwnych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana, korzystnie z metalu i pokryta warstwa ochronna. Kolor zewnetrznej warstwy ochronnej jest dobierany dowolnie, w zaleznosci od potrzeb i indywidualnych gustów. Do cech wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - nalezy zaliczyc, ze listwa profilowa,zwlaszcza drzwi przesuwnych w przekroju poprzecznym ma zarys zamknietego i poszerzonego obustronnie na koncach obwodu, utworzonego z dwóch lukowo wyprofilowanych scianek 1 i 2, rozmieszczonych równolegle wzgledem siebie, przy czym scianka 1 stanowi przekrój frontowej powierzchni 3 listwy profilowej. Scianki 1 i 2 po obu stronach, w poblizu konców maja uskoki 4, w których od strony zewnetrznej sa szczeliny 5. It can also act as a two-sided handle to slide the door. The strip, in accordance with the industrial pattern, is adapted to cover its central surface with a decorative foil in order to enable an immediate change of color and adaptation to the needs and individual tastes of recipients. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, material and ornamentation. The work is playable multiple times. The subject of the pattern is presented in the attached drawing, illustrating the lath in a perspective view, in which fig. 1 - shows the lath variant 1, and fig. 2 - the lath variant 2. The profile lath, especially the sliding door, is made according to an industrial design, preferably of metal and covered with a protective layer. The color of the outer protective layer is freely selected, depending on the needs and individual tastes. The features of the industrial design, version 1, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 - include the cross-section of the profile strip, especially of the sliding door, with the outline of a closed and widened on both sides at the ends of the perimeter, made of two arched walls 1 and 2, arranged parallel to each other, the wall 1 being a cross section of the front surface 3 of the profile strip. The walls 1 and 2 on both sides, near the ends, have faults 4, in which there are gaps 5 on the outer side. The faults 4 pass into walls 6 located parallel to each other, with the distance between walls 6 being greater than the distance between walls parallel to each other 1 and 2. The walls 6 in the top view are visible as longitudinal ridges, extending on both sides of the profile strip. On the one side, a recess 7 is made in the vertical side of the batten, while on the opposite side, between the walls 6 there is a recess 8. The recess 8 is limited on the sides by horizontal walls with offsets on the outer side of the profile, and on the inside there is a vertical crossbar. The slots 5 located in the steps 4 enable the precise guiding of the knife blade for trimming the decorative foil, applied to the front surface 3. The slots 5 make it possible to precisely trim the decorative foil. The significant features of the industrial design variant 2, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2 - include that the profile strip, especially of the sliding door, has a cross-sectional outline of a closed and widened on both sides at the ends of the perimeter, made of two arched walls 1 and 2, arranged parallel to each other, the wall 1 being a cross section of the front surface 3 of the profile strip.
