Listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych, stosowana jako element konstrukcyjny systemu drzwi przesuwnych a jednoczesnie jako element wykonczeniowy i zdobniczy, pelniacy role uchwytu umozliwiajacego przesuwanie drzwi. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontuiy, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 - prezentuje listwe w przekroju poprzecznym, natomiast fig.2 - uwidacznia listwe w widoku perspektywicznym wraz z widocznym przekrojem. Listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana, korzystnie z metalu i pokryta warstwa ochronna. Jej czolowa powierzchnia jest przeznaczona do mocowania ozdobnej folii, której kolor jest dobierany dowolnie, w zaleznosci od indywidualnych potrzeb i gustu uzytkownika.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 i fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych w przekroju poprzecznym przypomina w swej formie litere „C". Do scianki 1 z przetloczeniem 2, tworzacym od zewnatrz wglebienie pod odbojowa szczotke, przylega czolowa scianka 3 a po przeciwnej stroni tylna scianka 4. Tylna scianka 4 jest nieco ukosnie nachylona i zwrócona do wnetrza profilu. Koniec tylnej scianki 4 jest odgiety i zwrócony w przeciwnym kierunku niz pozostala czesc tej scianki. W poblizu laczenia tylnej scianki 4 ze scianka 1, od strony wewnetrznej jest naciecie 5, umozliwiajace prawidlowe odgiecie tylnej scianki 4 po umieszczeniu we wnece 6 drzwiowej plyty. Po obu stronach czolowa scianka 3 ma zagiecia 7. Zagiecia 7 sa zwrócone ku sobie. Pomiedzy zagieciami 7 scianki 3 jest utworzona powierzchnia do mocowania dekoracyjnej folii. Znajduja sie na niej, rozmieszczone równolegle wzgledem siebie niewielkie rowki 8, umozliwiajace dokladne przyciecie tej folii. ALU PROFIL Sp. z o.o. The industrial design is for a sliding door profile strip, used as a structural element of a sliding door system and simultaneously as a finishing and decorative element, acting as a handle enabling the door to slide. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the strip in cross-section, while Fig. 2 shows the strip in a perspective view with a visible cross-section. The sliding door profile strip, according to the industrial design, is preferably made of metal and covered with a protective layer. Its front surface is intended for attaching decorative foil, the color of which can be freely selected, depending on the individual needs and taste of the user.2 Significant features of the industrial design The significant features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, include that the sliding door profile strip in its cross-section resembles the letter "C". The front wall 3 adjoins the wall 1 with the embossment 2, which forms a recess for the fender brush from the outside, and the rear wall 4 on the opposite side. The rear wall 4 is slightly inclined and faces the inside of the profile. The end of the rear wall 4 is bent and faces in the opposite direction than the rest of this wall. Near the joint between the rear wall 4 and the wall 1, there is a notch 5 on the inside, enabling the rear wall 4 to be properly folded back after being placed in the door panel recess 6. On both sides, the front wall 3 has bends 7. The bends 7 face each other. Between the bends 7 of the wall 3, a surface for attaching the decorative foil is created.
