Listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych i rozwieranych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych i rozwieranych, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako pionowy element wykonczeniowy krawedzi drzwi, pelniaca jednoczesnie role uchwytu umozliwiajacego przesuwanie i uchylanie drzwi. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje listwe w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig.2 - w przekroju poprzecznym. Listwa profilowa drzwi przesuwnych i rozwieranych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana, korzystnie z metalu i pokryta warstwa ochronna. Kolor zewnetrznej warstwy oraz dekoracyjnej folii jest dobierany dowolnie, w zaleznosci od indywidualnych potrzeb i gustu uzytkownika. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonym rysunku, nalezy zaliczyc, ze listwa profilowa drzwi2 przesuwnych i rozwieranych, jest utworzona w przekroju poprzecznym z trzech rozmieszczonych równolegle jedna nad druga scianek 1, 2 i 3. Pomiedzy sciankami 1 i 2 znajduje wglebienie 4 z rowkowaniami 5 od wewnatrz. Usytuowane nad wglebieniem 4 wglebienie 6 ma wewnetrzna scianke 7 wyprofilowana lukowo. Po przeciwnej stronie wglebienia 4 znajduje sie wneka 8 z rowkiem 9 posrodku. Obrzeza wneki 8 sa osloniete wypustami zwróconymi ku srodkowi. Wpust 10 stanowi przedluzenie bocznej scianki 11, natomiast wypust 12, znajdujacy sie po przeciwnej stronie wypustu 10, jest katowym zagieciem poziomej scianki 1. Scianki 1 i 2 od strony wglebienia 4 sa zakonczone uskokami 13. Koniec scianki 3 jest zagiety katowo. Pelnomocnik : PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a sliding and swing door profile strip, used as a vertical finishing element on the door edge, simultaneously acting as a handle enabling the door to be moved and tilted. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by its line features, color scheme, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 illustrates the strip in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 in cross-section. The sliding and swing door profile strip, according to the industrial design, is preferably made of metal and covered with a protective layer. The color of the outer layer and decorative foil is freely selected, depending on the individual needs and taste of the user. Significant features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing include that the profile strip of the sliding and swinging door 2 is formed in cross-section by three walls 1, 2, and 3 arranged in parallel, one above the other. Between walls 1 and 2 is a recess 4 with grooves 5 on the inside. Recess 6, located above recess 4, has an inner wall 7 profiled in an arc. On the opposite side of recess 4, there is a recess 8 with a groove 9 in the center. The edges of recess 8 are covered with projections facing inward. The groove 10 is an extension of the side wall 11, while the projection 12, located on the opposite side of the projection 10, is an angular bend of the horizontal wall 1. Walls 1 and 2 on the side of the recess 4 are terminated with steps 13. The end of wall 3 is bent at an angle. In the front surface of wall 3 there is a concavity in the center for attaching a decorative foil. This concavity is limited on the sides by small grooves. Sevroll System Sp. z o.o.
