PL 24972 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli oznaczony nazwa handlowa „Barcelona", stanowiacy wyposazenie pokoi, salonów, gabinetów, itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, liniach, ksztalcie, zdobieniu frontów oraz kolorystyce nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Przedmiot wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym poszczególne, pojedyncze meble zestawu wedlug wzoru przedstawione sa w widoku z przodu, przy czym: fot. 1.1 przedstawia wysoka witryne w kolorze ciemno-brazowym; fot. 2.1 przedstawia niska witryne w kolorze ciemno-brazowym; fot. 3.1 przedstawia trzydrzwiowa komode w kolorze ciemno-brazowym; fot. 4.1 przedstawia dwudrzwiowa komode w kolorze ciemno-brazowym; fot. 5.1 przedstawia szafke telewizyjna w kolorze ciemno-brazowym. Wyciety ksztalt wypelniony jest szklana aplikacja. Zestaw mebli utrzymany jest w kolorystyce ciemno-brazowej (dab burgundzki). PL 24972 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24972 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24972 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture marked with the trade name "Barcelona", constituting the furnishing of rooms, living rooms, studies, etc. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines, shape, decoration of the fronts and colors giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design is presented in a drawing in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the pattern are shown in a front view, wherein: photo 1.1 shows a tall display cabinet in dark brown; photo 2.1 shows a low display cabinet in dark brown; photo 3.1 shows a three-door chest of drawers in dark brown; photo 4.1 shows a two-door chest of drawers in dark brown; Photo 5.1 shows a dark brown TV stand. Figures 1.1–5.1 show individual pieces of furniture from the industrial design set in the claimed colors. As illustrated in Figures 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, and 5.1, the furniture from the design set is finished in a dark brown (Burgundy oak) color scheme, and the door fronts of each piece feature a cutout creating a characteristic quadrangle pattern repeated across all the pieces, with the upper and lower edges extended on opposite sides. The edge of the cutout shape features a distinctive milling, subtly marked on the horizontal edges and strongly accentuated on the vertical edges. The cutout shape is filled with a glass appliqué. Essential Features of an Industrial Design A set of furniture based on an industrial design, furnishing rooms, living rooms, etc., in the form of a display cabinet, chest of drawers, or TV stand, is characterized by the following: 1. The door fronts of each piece of furniture have a cutout creating a characteristic quadrangle pattern repeated on all pieces of furniture, the upper and lower edges of which are extended on opposite sides; 2. The edge of the cutout pattern has a characteristic milling, delicately marked on the horizontal edges and strongly accentuated on the vertical edges; 3. The cutout shape is filled with a glass appliqué. 4. The furniture set is decorated in a dark brown color scheme (Burgundy oak).
