Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka – Regal przeznaczony w glównym zamysle do eksponowania ksiazek, ale równiez elementów ozdobno-dekoracyjnych glównie do uzytku domowego. Wedlug indywidualnych gustów mozna je równiez stosowac w biurach, ksiegarniach, itp. Regal bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego odznacza sie od wystepujacych na rynku regalów, nowym indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istota regalu jest jego nowoczesny wyglad zewnetrzny, który swoja konstrukcja przypomina drzewo. Dzieki zastosowaniu pochylych ramion – pólek mozna uzyskac ciekawa i niepowtarzalna kompozycje stworzona z ksiazek. Dzieki zastosowaniu równiez prostych pólek na zakonczeniach „galezi", mozna na nich postawic równiez ksiazki lub inne elementy dekoracyjne. Regal posiada równiez zamykana szafke, tworzaca pien, a zarazem podstawe konstrukcji regalu (drzewa). Opcjonalnie szafka ma równiez otwór – dziuple, dzieki czemu mozna równiez wyeksponowac przedmiot wewnatrz szafki. Regal sam w sobie moze stanowic element dekoracyjny wnetrza, a dodatkowe jego zagospodarowanie zgodnie ze stylistyka wnetrza pozwala stworzyc jedyna w swoim rodzaju calosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego – Rega l przedstawiono na zalaczonych zdjeciach w postaci ilustracji w szesciu odmianach (Fig. 2 – Fig. 7). W zasadzie kazda koncepcja regalu opiera sie na tej samej podstawie – pólki tworzace korone drzewa. Jedynym elementem odrózniajacym wzory jest kolorystyka elementów oraz forma zastosowanych pleców regalu. Zasadniczo wystepuja regaly z plecami – Fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 oraz regaly bez pleców – Fig. 7. Dzieki wprowadzeniu róznego ksztaltu „pleców", kolorystyki lub zastosowaniu róznego mozna uzyskac róznorodny charakter regalu, wiec mozna dopasowac go do kazdego wnetrza. Elementem opcjonalnym jest równiez otwór w drzwiczkach szafki, który przypomina dziuple. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa postac regalu na ksiazki charakteryzujaca sie indywidualnym ksztaltem o nowoczesnym charakterze, wzorowana na drzewie. Depending on individual tastes, it can also be used in offices, bookstores, etc. The bookcase, which is the subject of the industrial design, stands out from other bookcases available on the market with its new, individual shape. The essence of the bookcase is its modern exterior, whose structure resembles a tree. The use of sloping arms – shelves – allows for an interesting and unique composition of books. The use of straight shelves at the ends of the "branches" also allows for books or other decorative items to be placed on them. The bookcase also has a lockable cabinet, which forms the trunk and base of the bookcase (tree) structure. Optionally, the cabinet also has a hole, allowing you to display an item inside. The shelf itself can be a decorative element of the interior, and its additional arrangement in accordance with the interior's style allows you to create a unique whole. The industrial design object – Shelf I – is shown in the attached photos as illustrations in six variations (Fig. 2 – Fig. 7). Essentially, each shelf concept is based on the same foundation – shelves forming a tree crown. The only distinguishing element between the designs is the color scheme of the elements and the form of the backs used. Generally, there are shelves with backs – Fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 – and shelves without backs – Fig. 7. By introducing different shapes of the "backs," colors, or using different materials, you can achieve a diverse character of the shelf, so it can be adapted to any interior. An optional element is also a hole in the cabinet door, resembling a tree hollow. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The Industrial Design is a new form of bookcase characterized by an individual shape with a modern character, modeled after a tree. Regardless of the material, color, or variant with or without a back, the essence of the bookcase is the same (the skeleton), as shown in Fig. 1.
