Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna aranzacja kolorowych mebli przeja- wiajaca sie w kolorystyce, ukladzie linii, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworza- cych wzór. Kolorowe meble w ksztalcie zwierzat z pólkami, szafkami i szufladami, które posiadaja istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci pionowej plaskiej powierzchni tylnej w ksztalcie stylizowanych sylwetek zwierzat, przy czym w dolnej czesci mebla znajduje sie czworokatna konstrukcja, w której górnej czesci znajduja sie szuflady, w bocznych i srodkowych czesciach znajduja sie pólki, natomiast dolna czesc zakryta jest pelna jasna plyta, za która moze znajdowac sie szuflada lub siedzisko, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 5. Kolorowe meble w ksztalcie zwierzat z pólkami, szafkami i szufladami, przedstawione na fig. 1 posiadaja istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci pionowej plaskiej powierzchni tylnej (1) w ksztalcie stylizowanych sylwetek zwierzat - zielonego slonia, ciemnoniebieskiego nosorozca, zóltej zyrafy i jasnoniebieskiego hipopotama, przy czym w dolnej czesci mebla znajduje sie czworokata kon- strukcja (2), w której górnej czesci znajduja sie kolorowe szuflady (3), w bocznych i srodkowych cze- sciach znajduja sie pólki (4), natomiast dolna czesc zakryta jest pelna jasna plyta (5), za która moze znajdowac sie szuflada lub siedzisko (5), przy czym nad jasnoniebieska czescia aranzacji (hipopota- mem) znajduje sie ciemnoniebieska pólka (6) o ksztalcie chmury, zas nad ciemnoniebieska czescia aranzacji, (nosorozcem) znajduje sie jasnoniebieska pólka (6) o ksztalcie chmury jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1. Colorful animal-shaped furniture with shelves, cabinets and drawers, which have significant industrial design features in the form of a vertical flat back surface in the shape of stylized animal silhouettes, wherein the lower part of the furniture has a quadrangular structure in the upper part of which there are drawers, the side and central parts have shelves, while the lower part is covered with a solid light board behind which there can be a drawer or a seat, as shown in the attached illustrations fig. 1 - 5. Colorful animal-shaped furniture with shelves, cabinets and drawers, shown in fig. 1 has significant industrial design features in the form of a vertical flat back surface (1) in the shape of stylized animal silhouettes - a green elephant, a dark blue rhinoceros, a yellow giraffe and a light blue hippopotamus, wherein the lower part of the furniture has a quadrangular structure (2), in the upper part of which there are colorful drawers (3), in the side and central parts there are shelves (4), while the lower part is covered with a full light board (5), behind which there can be a drawer or a seat (5), whereby above the light blue part of the arrangement (hippopotamus) there is a dark blue shelf (6) in the shape of a cloud, and above the dark blue part of the arrangement (rhinoceros) there is a light blue shelf (6) in the shape of a cloud as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1.
