Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest hulajnoga z plecakiem, skladajaca sie z dwóch rucho- mych wzgledem siebie czesci, platformy oraz prowadnicy z umocowanym plecakiem, która jest w pozycji pionowej do platformy, posiadajacej jedno napedowe kolo zamocowane w tylnej czesci. Hulajno- ga wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przeznaczona jest w szczególnosci dla dzieci i mlodziezy szkolnej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiaja sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz ogólnym wygladzie, co nadaje indywidualny charakter wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia wzór hulajnogi w rzucie aksonometrycznym, fig. 2 przedstawia wzór hulajnogi w rzucie aksonometrycznym ze schowana platforma na nogi, fig. 3 przedstawia wzór hulajnogi w rzucie z tylu.
