Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest R egal, który jest elementem dekoracyjnym szerokiej grupy wnetrz, poczawszy od domów, mieszkan, przez biura, sklepy, ksiegarnie itp. Regal bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego odznacza sie od wystepujacych na rynku regalów, nowym indywidualnym ksztaltem wzorowanym na rybie. Istota regalu jest jego nowoczesny wyglad zewnetrzny. Regal sam w sobie moze byc dekoracja wnetrza, jak równiez mozna wyeksponowac na niej przerózne przedmioty – w zaleznosci od gustu uzytkownika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych zdjeciach w postaci ilustracji w dwóch odmianach – Fig. 1, Fig. 2. Niezaleznie od wariantu, koncepcja regalu jest taka sama – ksztalt przypominajacy zarys ryby. W przypadku pierwszego wariantu – Fig. 1 regal sklada sie z 12 odpowiednio wyprofilowanych zeber (po 6 z kazdej strony), które polaczone ze soba za pomoca elementów laczacych wykonanych ze stali polerowanej tworza zarys ryby – Fig. 1. W srodku znajduje sie cztery szklane pólki wykonczone profilami ze stali lub aluminium, na których mozna wyeksponowac rózne przedmioty. Nieco inaczej jest wykonany regal w wariancie drugim – Fig. 2. Calosc wykonana jest z jednolitego materialu odpowiednio wyprofilowanego i polaczonego elementami w innym ksztalcie. W tej koncepcji równiez sa cztery póki wewnetrzne, jednak wykonane z materialu jak konstrukcja zewnetrzna. W tym przypadku zastosowano pólki wypukle, które sa dopelnieniem ksztaltu regalu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa postac regalu charakteryzujaca sie indywidualnym wzorem o nowoczesnym charakterze przypominajacym ksztaltem rybe, taj jak przedstawiono to na ilustracji wzoru przemyslowego. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is the Shelf, which is a decorative element of a wide group of interiors, from houses, apartments, through offices, shops, bookstores, etc. The shelf that is the subject of the industrial design is distinguished from the shelves available on the market by a new individual shape based on a fish. The essence of the shelf is its modern external appearance. The shelf itself can be an interior decoration, and various objects can also be displayed on it - depending on the user's taste. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photos in the form of illustrations in two versions - Fig. 1, Fig. 2. Regardless of the version, the concept of the shelf is the same - a shape resembling the outline of a fish. In the case of the first variant – Fig. 1, the shelf consists of 12 appropriately profiled ribs (6 on each side), which are connected with each other by means of connecting elements made of polished steel, creating the outline of a fish – Fig. 1. Inside, there are four glass shelves finished with steel or aluminum profiles, on which various objects can be displayed. The shelf in the second variant is made slightly differently – Fig. 2. The whole is made of a uniform material, appropriately profiled and connected with elements in a different shape. In this concept, there are also four internal shelves, but made of the same material as the external structure. In this case, convex shelves were used, which complement the shape of the shelf. Essential features of the industrial design The industrial design is a new form of the shelf characterized by an individual pattern with a modern character resembling the shape of a fish, as shown in the illustration of the industrial design.
