Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest P ó lka, która jest elementem dekoracyjnym szerokiej grupy wnetrz, poczawszy od domów, mieszkan, przez biura, sklepy, itp. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa postac pólki charakteryzujaca sie indywidualnym ksztaltem o nowoczesnym charakterze, wzorowana na rybie. Pólka ma prosta budowe, jednak jej unikalny ksztalt doda kazdemu wnetrzu niepowtarzalnego i nietypowego charakteru. Istota pólki jest jego nowoczesny wyglad zewnetrzny, którego inspiracja jest ksztalt ryby. Pólka sklada sie z dwóch wygietych elementów polaczonych ze soba w sposób tworzacy zarys ryby. Na srodku znajduje sie dodatkowa pólka wykonana ze szkla, która opcjonalnie posiadac moze otwór, w którym mozna umiescic np. wazonik z kwiatkami lub inne przedmioty w zaleznosci od gustu uzytkownika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych zdjeciach w postaci ilustracji w czterech odmianach (Fig. 1 – Fig. 4). Kazda pólka, niezaleznie od wariantu ma podobna konstrukcje – zarys ryby. W zaleznosci od wariantu srodkowa pólka moze byc tylko wewnatrz zarysu ryby (Fig. 2), lub wychodzic poza „rybe" (Fig. 1), stwarzajac wiecej miejsca do zagospodarowania. Pólka wewnetrzna opcjonalnie posiada otwór (Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 4). Dodatkowym elementem odrózniajacym warianty jest zastosowanie ozdobnego preta (Fig. 3, Fig. 4), który spelnia funkcje dekoracyjna, ale równiez zapewnia bezpieczniejsze przechowywanie przedmiotów. Pólka ryba nie posiada „pleców", dzieki czemu mozna ja idealnie dopasowac do wnetrza. The industrial design represents a new form of shelf characterized by a unique, modern shape, modeled after a fish. The shelf has a simple structure, yet its unique shape will add a unique and unusual character to any interior. The essence of the shelf lies in its modern appearance, inspired by the shape of a fish. The shelf consists of two curved elements connected to create the outline of a fish. In the center is an additional glass shelf, which can optionally have a hole in it, allowing for a vase of flowers or other items, depending on the user's taste. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photos as illustrations in four variants (Fig. 1 – Fig. 4). Each shelf, regardless of the variant, has a similar design – the outline of a fish. Depending on the variant, the middle shelf may be located only inside the fish outline (Fig. 2), or extend beyond the "fish" (Fig. 1), creating more space for use. The inner shelf optionally has an opening (Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 4). An additional element distinguishing the variants is the use of a decorative rod (Fig. 3, Fig. 4), which serves a decorative function but also ensures safer storage of items. The fish shelf does not have a "back," so it can be perfectly matched to the interior. Essential features of the industrial design The shelf that is the subject of the industrial design is distinguished from other shelves available on the market by its new, individual shape.
