Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, tworzace lacznie komplet mebli. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, and 4 represent its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design, which together form a set of furniture. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) two-door wardrobe - fig. 1, 2) wardrobe with two doors, two drawers and shelves - fig. 2, 3) TV cabinet - fig. 3, 4) one-door wardrobe with a glass-case - fig. 4. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - a two-door wardrobe - is that: - the outer surface of the wardrobe door is made in the same colour as the side walls of the wardrobe, and the doors of this element are distinguished by large, horizontal handles which are placed quite high. An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 - a wardrobe with two doors, two drawers and shelves - is that: - it is much narrower than the two-door wardrobe described in Fig. 1, its height is analogous to the height of this wardrobe, and its depth is slightly smaller than the depth of this wardrobe; - in its lowest part there is a low, single-door, deep cabinet; - above the low, single-door, deep cabinet, in one column, there are further elements of the same depth, and so on: two drawers, two open shelves above it and an upper single-door cabinet, whereby - the external surfaces of the cabinet doors, drawers and shelves are made in the same colour as the side walls of the cabinet; - the doors of these elements are distinguished by large, horizontal handles. An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 - an RTV cabinet - is that: - its width corresponds to twice the width of the above-described cabinet with two doors, two drawers and shelves, shown in Fig. 2, its depth corresponds to the two-door cabinet described in Fig. 1, and its height is slightly lower than the height of the two-door cabinet; - in its lowest part there is a low, deep part, divided vertically in half so that it creates two spaces, in one part of which two open shelves are visible, while in the other there are two drawers, one above the other; - above the described element there is a shallower element closed by a back wall, the main, lower part of which is empty, while its upper part consists of two open shelves offset relative to each other, with a length shorter than the width of the wardrobe; - the outer surfaces of the drawers, shelves, and back wall are finished in the same color as the side walls of the wardrobe. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4 – a single-door wardrobe with a display cabinet – is that: - its width and height correspond to the height and width of the two-door wardrobe described above, shown in Fig. 1, and its depth is analogous to the depth of the wardrobe shown in Fig. 2; - the wardrobe is essentially divided vertically in half, one part is a single-door wardrobe, while the other part is a single-door glass cabinet - a display case with a drawer underneath, where PL 20135 3 - the display case is glazed in the corner, meaning that part of the front door wall and part of the side wall adjacent to the door are glazed; - the outer surfaces of the wardrobe doors, display case, and drawer are made in the same color as the side walls of the wardrobe; - the doors of these elements are distinguished by large, horizontal handles.
