Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig. 5 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, tworzace lacznie komplet mebli. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5 represent its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design, which together form a furniture set. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) two-door wardrobe - fig. 1, 2) wardrobe with three doors and a drawer - fig. 2, 3) TV cabinet - fig. 3, 4) display cabinet - fig. 4, 5) single-door wardrobe - fig. 5. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - a two-door wardrobe - is that: - along the outer surface of the wardrobe door, along its side outer edges, decorative strips are placed in a colour contrasting to the colour of the wardrobe door, analogous to the side walls of the wardrobe. An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 - a wardrobe with three doors and a drawer - is that: - it is much narrower than the two-door wardrobe described in Fig. 1, and its height is analogous to the height of this wardrobe; - in its lowest part there is a low, single-door, deep cabinet; - above a low, single-door, deep cabinet, in one column, shallower parts were placed, in this order: a drawer, above it a higher single-door cabinet and a lower single-door cabinet, while - along the outer surface of each cabinet door and the outer surface of the drawer, along their side outer edges, decorative strips were placed - analogous to the strips described above, shown in Fig. 1. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 - an RTV cabinet - is that: - its width corresponds to the double width of the above-described cabinet with three doors and a drawer, shown in Fig. 2, and its height is lower than the height this wardrobe; - in its lowest part there is a low, deep cabinet, in the lower part of which there are two drawers placed next to each other, and above them there are two open shelves; - above the described element there is a shallower cabinet, the main, lower part of which is empty, above it there is an open shelf divided vertically into three parts, and its upper part is a cabinet closed with two doors; - along the outer surface of each cabinet door and the outer surface of the drawers, along their side outer edges, decorative strips are placed - analogous to the strips described above, shown in figures 1 and 2. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in figure 4 - a display case - is that: - its width and height correspond to the height and width of the above-described cabinet with three doors and a drawer, shown in figure 2; - in its lowest part there is a low, single-door, deep cabinet; - above the low, single-door, deep cabinet, in one column, there is a shallower part: a drawer and above it a glass single-door cabinet; - along the outer surface of each cabinet door and the outer surface of the drawer, along their outer side edges, decorative strips are placed - analogous to the strips described above, shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.PL 20137 3 The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5 - a single-door wardrobe - is that: - it is a single-door, deep wardrobe, which is significantly narrower than the two-door wardrobe described in Fig. 1, and its height is analogous to the height of this wardrobe, while - along the outer surface of the wardrobe doors, along their side edges - external, decorative strips were placed - analogous to the strips described above, shown in drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
