Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli o nazwie handlowej IMPE- RIAL, przeznaczony do umeblowania zarówno salonu, pokoju dziennego, jak i sypialni czy jadalni. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego o nazwie zestaw mebli IMPERIAL, to stylistyka zewnetrz- na bryl charakterystyczna i wspólna w obrebie wszystkich bryl systemu, polegajaca na zastosowaniu od dolu masywnego cokolu, tj. listwy pionowej, zamontowanego w plaszczyznie frontów z minimalnym odstepem od frontów, równym odstepom miedzy poszczególnymi frontami, natomiast od góry zakon- czenie mebla równiez masywna listwa pionowa zamontowana w plaszczyznie frontów pod która znaj- duje sie wglebiona, wykonana w innym, kontrastowym kolorze, wstawka powodujaca szerszy odstep od górnej czesci frontów niz ma to miejsce miedzy poszczególnymi frontami. Fig. 10, Fig. 18, posiadaja równiez górna szeroka listwe pionowa oraz wglebiona wstawke, w innym kolorze, natomiast nie sa wyposazone w dolny cokól. Bryly Fig. 13, Fig. 14, mimo braku frontu dochodzacego do wkleslej wstawki, posiadaja ta wstawke jak i szeroka pionowa liste od góry i cokól od dolu. Bryly Fig. 8, Fig. 16, z racji swego przeznaczenia, nie posiadaja frontów ale sa wyposazone we wklesla wstawke a nad nia szeroka listwe pionowa, dodatkowo posia- daja górny blat roboczy, brak w nich dolnego cokolu, zastapionego nogami. Bryla Fig. 9 nie posiada dolnego cokolu, gdyz jego role spelniaja cztery szerokie nogi dochodzace do górnej krawedzi czesci uzytkowej mebla, posiada wklesla wstawke znajdujaca sie pod szeroka listwa górna spelniajaca funk- cje ramy nosnej mebla. W brylach posiadajacych lustro na froncie tj. Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, lustro za- montowane jest analogicznie do szkla w brylach Fig. 19, Fig. 20 tzn. nie zapelnione przez lustro ze- wnetrzne czesci frontu tworza jakby rame wokól lustra, rame identyczne szerokosci jak rama w witry- nach. The important features of the industrial design called the IMPERIAL furniture set are the distinctive and common style of the external blocks in all the blocks of the system, consisting in the use of a massive plinth at the bottom, i.e. a vertical strip, mounted in the plane of the fronts with a minimum distance from the fronts, equal to the distances. between the individual fronts, and at the top end of the furniture there is also a massive vertical strip installed in the plane of the fronts, underneath which there is a recessed insert, made in a different, contrasting color, causing a wider distance from the upper part of the fronts than between individual fronts. Furniture fronts are equipped with wide, rectangular, grooved handles related to the lower and upper vertical strips. The glass door frames in the showcases, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, are also made in close relation and proportion to the upper and lower strips, and are divided in half by a horizontal strip. The blocks intended for hanging on the wall, i.e. Fig. 10, Fig. 18, also have a wide upper vertical strip and a recessed insert in a different color, but are not equipped with a lower plinth. The shapes Fig. 13, Fig. 14, despite the lack of a front extending to the concave insert, have this insert as well as a wide vertical strip at the top and a plinth at the bottom. Due to their purpose, the blocks Fig. 8 and Fig. 16 do not have fronts, but are equipped with a concave insert and a wide vertical strip above it, and additionally have an upper worktop and no lower plinth, replaced by legs. The figure Fig. 9 does not have a lower plinth, because its role is fulfilled by four wide legs reaching to the upper edge of the usable part of the furniture, it has a concave insert located under the wide upper strip that serves as the supporting frame of the furniture. In the blocks with a mirror on the front, i.e. Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, the mirror is mounted analogously to the glass in the blocks Fig. 19, Fig. 20, i.e. the parts of the front not filled by the external mirror form as if frame around the mirror, frame identical in width to the frame in the shop windows.
