Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad którego wchodza: szafki-witrynki: lewa i prawa, dwie, poziomo usytuowane pólki z prostopadloscienna plyta przyscienna i dwie, symetryczne szafki RTV: lewa i prawa, posiadajace ksztalt wydluzonego prostopadloscianu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których przedstawiono wszystkie odmiany wzoru w widoku ogólnym: na fig. 1 pokazano wzór w odmianie pierwszej - szafke-witrynke lewa zamknieta jednoskrzydlowymi drzwiami o trzyczesciowej budowie: górna, wieksza czesc drzwi tej szafki, jak równiez dolna, mniejsza czesc drzwi tej szafki wykonane sa z meblowej plyty, przy czym górna i dolna czesc drzwi szafki-witrynki lewej polaczone sa ze soba przezroczysta szyba, na fig. 2 - wzór w odmianie drugiej - dwie poziomo usytuowane pólki z prostopadloscienna plyta przyscienna, na fig. 3 - wzór w odmianie trzeciej - szafke-witrynke prawa zamknieta jednoskrzydlowymi drzwiami o trzyczesciowej budowie: górna, wieksza czesc drzwi tej szafki, jak równiez dolna, mniejsza czesc drzwi tej szafki wykonane sa z meblowej plyty, przy czym górna i dolna czesc drzwi szafki-witrynki prawej polaczone sa ze soba przezroczysta szyba, na fig. 4 - wzór w odmianie czwartej - szafke RTV lewa podzielona pionowo na dwie czesci: lewa wieksza czesc tej szafki stanowi szafka zamknieta odchylonymi drzwiami, natomiast prawa mniejsza czesc tej szafki stanowia dwie, usytuowane jedna nad druga skrzyniowe wneki i na fig. 5 - wzór w odmianie piatej – szafke RTV prawa stanowiaca lustrzane odbicie szafki RTV lewej przedstawionej na fig. 4. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Szafka-witrynka lewa (fig. 1) i szafka-witrynka prawa (fig. 3) maja ksztalt wydluzonego prostopadloscianu i zamkniete sa jednoskrzydlowymi drzwiami o trzyczesciowej budowie: górne, wieksze czesci drzwi tych szafek, jak równiez dolne, mniejsze czesci drzwi szafek-witrynek wykonane sa z meblowej plyty, przy czym górne i dolne czesci drzwi szafek-witrynek polaczone sa za soba przezroczystymi szybami. - Szafka RTV lewa (fig. 4) szafka RTV prawa (fig. 5) stanowia, w widoku ogólnym, wzajemnie, swoje lustrzane odbicia, przy czym kazda z tych szafek podzielona jest pionowo na dwie czesci, z których wieksze stanowia szafki zamkniete odchylnymi drzwiami, a mniejsze stanowia po dwie, usytuowane jedna nad druga, skrzyniowe wneki. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture, consisting of: left and right display cabinets, two horizontally placed shelves with a cuboid wall panel and two symmetrical TV cabinets: left and right, having the shape of an elongated cuboid. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, which present all the design variations in a general view: Fig. 1 shows the design in its first variation - a left display cabinet closed with a single-leaf door of a three-part structure: the upper, larger part of the door of this cabinet, as well as the lower, smaller part of the door of this cabinet are made of furniture board, while the upper and lower parts of the door of the left display cabinet are connected with each other by a transparent glass, Fig. 2 - the design in its second variation - two horizontally situated shelves with a cuboid wall board, Fig. 3 - the design in its third variation - a right display cabinet closed with a single-leaf door of a three-part structure: the upper, larger part of the door of this cabinet, as well as the lower, smaller part of the door of this cabinet are made of furniture board, while the upper and lower parts the door parts of the right display cabinet are connected with each other by a transparent glass, in fig. 4 - the fourth variant of the design - the left TV cabinet is divided vertically into two parts: the larger left part of this cabinet is a cabinet closed with a hinged door, while the smaller right part of this cabinet is made of two box-like recesses located one above the other, and in fig. 5 - the fifth variant of the design - the right TV cabinet is a mirror image of the left TV cabinet shown in fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design - the left display cabinet (fig. 1) and the right display cabinet (fig. 3) have the shape of an elongated cuboid and are closed with single-leaf doors of a three-part structure: the upper, larger parts of the doors of these cabinets, as well as the lower, smaller parts of the doors of the display cabinets are made of furniture board, and The upper and lower parts of the cabinet doors are connected by transparent glass panes. - The left TV cabinet (fig. 4) and the right TV cabinet (fig. 5) are, in general view, mirror images of each other, with each of these cabinets being divided vertically into two parts, the larger of which are cabinets closed with hinged doors, and the smaller ones are two chest-like recesses, one above the other.
