Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad którego wchodza, w górnej czesci: szafka-witryna wiszaca i poziomo usytuowany lacznik w postaci dwóch, umieszczonych jedna nad druga, pólek ze skrzyniowa wneka znajdujaca sie pomiedzy tymi pólkami, natomiast, dolna czesc zestawu wedlug wzoru stanowia: szafka-witryna stojaca i, przylegajaca do niej, szafa RTV majaca postac wydluzonego, usytuowanego poziomo, prostopadloscianu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia zestaw w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego – Obie szafki-witryny tj. szafka witryna-wiszaca i szafka-witryna stojaca maja postac pionowo usytuowanych prostopadloscianów i posiadaja identyczne gabaryty, jak równiez, obie zamkniete sa od frontu jednoskrzydlowymi drzwiami posiadajacymi identyczna budowe i stanowiacymi swoje lustrzane odbicie. – Jednoskrzydlowe drzwi szafek-witryn podzielone sa pionowo na dwie czesci: wieksza czesc wykonana meblowej plyty i, zamocowana do niej, mniejsza czesc wykonana z szyby umieszczonej w piaskowanej ramce, przy czym za szyba widoczne sa szklane pólki, w które wyposazone sa szafki-witryny. – Lacznik w postaci dwóch pólek z wneka skrzyniowa umieszczona pomiedzy tymi pólkami przylega, z jednej strony, do srodkowej czesci boku szafki-witryny wiszacej, natomiast przeciwlegly koniec lacznika jest oparty na górnym blacie szafki-witryny stojacej. – Szafka RTV stanowiaca dolna czesc zestawu wedlug wzoru podzielona jest pionowo na dwie nierówne czesci: wieksza czesc zamknieta odchylnymi, jednoskrzydlowymi drzwiami i mniejsza czesc, która stanowia dwie, usytuowane jedna nad druga, skrzyniowe wneki, – Zarówno lacznik, jak równiez skrzynie szafek-witryn, skrzynia i wneki szafy RTV wybarwione sa kontrastowo w stosunku do kolorystyki meblowej plyty, z której wykonane sa wieksze czesci jednoskrzydlowych drzwi szafek-witryn i, takze, jednoskrzydlowe, odchylne drzwi szafy RTV (fot.). Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture, comprising, in its upper part: a hanging display cabinet and a horizontally arranged connector in the form of two shelves, one above the other, with a box-shaped recess between them. The lower part of the set, according to the design, consists of a standing display cabinet and an adjacent TV cabinet in the form of an elongated, horizontally arranged cuboid. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a general view of the set. Essential features of the industrial design – Both display cabinets, i.e., the hanging display cabinet and the free-standing display cabinet, are vertically arranged cuboids and have identical dimensions. Both are closed at the front with single-leaf doors of identical construction and mirror image. – The single-leaf doors of the display cabinets are vertically divided into two parts: a larger part made of furniture board and, attached to it, a smaller part made of glass set in a sandblasted frame. The glass shelves of the display cabinets are visible behind the glass. – A connector in the form of two shelves with a box recess placed between these shelves adheres, on one side, to the central part of the side of the hanging display cabinet, while the opposite end of the connector rests on the top panel of the free-standing display cabinet. – The TV cabinet, which is the lower part of the set, is divided vertically into two unequal parts according to the pattern: a larger part closed with a single-leaf hinged door and a smaller part consisting of two box-like recesses, one above the other. – Both the connector and the boxes of the display cabinets, the box and the recesses of the TV cabinet are colored in a contrasting color to the furniture board from which the larger parts of the single-leaf display cabinet doors and, also, the single-leaf hinged door of the TV cabinet are made (photo).
