Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, jak równiez charakterystycznym ukladzie linii utworzonym przez ozdobne rowki stanowiace element wykonczeniowy czolowych scian mebli zestawu. Znane sa rozmaite zestawy mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad których wchodza np. szafy dwudrzwiowe, szafy jednodrzwiowe, szafy wnekowe, szafy - witryny, szafy - barki, szafy z szufladami posiadajace, najczesciej, ksztalty prostopadlosciennych skrzyn. Np. z opisu wzoru przemyslowego nr Wp - 5722 znany jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, którego szafa- witryna posiada przeszklone drzwi stanowiace, wzajemnie, swoje lustrzane odbicie, przy czym szklane plyty lych drzwi maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu pionowo usytuowanego rombu, którego naroza: górne i dolne znajdujace sie przy kacie ostrym sa zakonczone owalem, przy czym górne naroza sa wzajemnie do siebie zblizone a dolne rozbiezne. Drzwi szafy - witryny znanego zestawu zwienczone sa, w górnej czesci, trapezowym wybrzuszeniem przestajacym poza górny zarys mebli znanego zestawu. Wszystkie meblowe drzwi znanego zestawu, jak równiez wszystkie szuflady maja ozdobne wykonczenia w postaci prostokatnych, w widoku od przodu, obramowan wykonanych z szerokich, wypuklych listew.Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 - zestaw w widoku z góry i fig. 3 - zestaw w widoku z boku. Zestaw wedlug wzoru sklada sie z szaf o modulowej szerokosci posadowionych na szafach- podstawach: szafy dwudrzwiowej, szafy z wneka na sprzet RTV, szafy - witryny i szafy - barku oraz szafy - biblioteki o szerokosci pólmodulowej, której podstawe stanowi szafka jednodrzwiowa. Szafy - podstawy szafy dwudrzwiowej, szafy z wneka na sprzet RTV i szafy - barku stanowia dwudrzwiowe szafki, natomiast szafe - podstawe szafy witryny stanowi szafka z szufladami. The essence of the design is reflected in the original shape of the furniture pieces included in the set, as well as the characteristic arrangement of lines created by decorative grooves that constitute the finishing element of the front walls of the set. Various sets of cabinet furniture are known, including double-door wardrobes, single-door wardrobes, built-in wardrobes, display cabinets, bar cabinets, and drawer cabinets, most often in the shape of rectangular boxes. For example, the description of industrial design no. Wp-5722 describes a set of cabinet furniture whose cabinet/display unit has glass doors that are mirror images of each other. The glass panels of the doors are shaped similarly to a vertically oriented rhombus, the upper and lower corners of which, at the acute angle, terminate in an oval, with the upper corners being close to each other and the lower corners diverging. The cabinet/display unit doors of the known set are topped, at the top, with a trapezoidal bulge extending beyond the upper outline of the furniture in the known set. All the furniture doors of the familiar set, as well as all the drawers, are decoratively finished with rectangular frames (viewed from the front) made of wide, convex moldings. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the set from the front, Fig. 2 shows the set from the top, and Fig. 3 shows the set from the side. The set, according to the design, consists of modular-width cabinets placed on cabinet bases: a two-door cabinet, a cabinet with a recess for electronics, a display cabinet, and a bar cabinet, as well as a semi-modular-width bookcase cabinet with a single-door base. The cabinet bases of the two-door cabinet, the cabinet with a recess for electronics, and the bar cabinet are two-door cabinets, while the cabinet base of the display cabinet is a drawer cabinet. The cabinet-library set according to the pattern contains four box recesses, with the three upper recesses separated from the lower recess by a system of three drawers. The upper box recess of the cabinet-library according to the pattern is topped with a masking panel, the bottom of which has a cutout in the shape of an elongated letter C, placed horizontally and facing upwards. The upper part of the cabinet with the RTV recess and the upper part of the bar cabinet are two-door cabinets, the lower part of which, when viewed from the front, has the shape of an elongated letter C, placed horizontally and facing upwards. The front part of the display cabinet set, as per the pattern, consists of a two-door door, with the left door leaf being a mirror image of the right door leaf and vice versa. The upper parts of the closed doors, when viewed from the front, have an oval shape resembling an elongated letter C, placed horizontally and with its belly facing upwards. Both door wings of the display cabinet have glass panes in the shape of a vertically placed trapezoid, with slightly oval bases, with convexities facing the door handles. The depth of the two-door cabinet corresponds to the depth of the cabinets from the depth of the bases. In addition, the doors and drawers of the base cabinets, the doors of the two-door cabinet, the drawers of the bookcase cabinet, the doors of the two-door cabinets constituting the upper parts of the cabinet with a niche for RTV equipment and the bar cabinet, and both door wings of the cabinet-display cabinet have milled vertical grooves in the shape of a half-cylinder. Additionally, in the upper part of the door of the two-door cabinet and in the upper and lower parts of the doors of the two-door cabinets constituting the upper parts of the cabinet with a niche for RTV equipment and the bar cabinet, grooves are milled in the shape of a horizontally positioned, elongated letter C with its belly facing upwards, when viewed from the front. The set will be available on the market under the name "GRZES". Both doors of the cabinet/display door have glass panes in the shape of a vertically positioned trapezoid, when viewed from the front, with slightly oval bases with convexities facing the door handles. In addition, the doors and drawers of the base cabinets, the doors of the two-door cabinet, the drawers of the bookcase cabinet, the doors of the two-door cabinets constituting the upper parts of the cabinet with a niche for RTV equipment and the bar cabinet, and both door wings of the cabinet-display cabinet have milled vertical grooves in the shape of a half-cylinder, and, additionally, in the upper part of the door of the two-door cabinet and in the upper and lower parts of the doors of the two-door cabinets constituting the upper parts of the cabinet with a niche for RTV equipment and the bar cabinet, there are milled grooves in the shape of a horizontally located, elongated letter C with its belly facing upwards, as seen from the front.
