Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad którego wchodza samodzielne segmenty posiadajace modulowe, identyczne szerokosci: dwudrzwiowa szafa, segment RTV z dwiema dwudrzwiowymi szafkami: górna - wyzsza i dolna - nizsza, które rozdzielone sa duza skrzyniowa wneka oraz segment witryna - barek posadowiony na dwudrzwiowej szafce - podstawie, przy czym dolna, nizsza dwudrzwiowa szafka segmentu RTV stanowi, równiez, szafke podstawe o identycznych gabarytach co szafka - podstawa segmentu barek - witryna. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw - w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - zestaw - w widoku z boku i fig.3 - zestaw - w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Segment witryna - barek majacy postac samodzielnej nadstawki podzielony jest pionowo na dwie pólmodulowe czesci: szafke z barkiem usytuowanym w jej srodkowej czesci nad i pod która znajduja sie wneki skrzyniowe w górnej czesci wieksza podzielona poziomymi pólkami, a w dolnej czesci mniejsza oraz szafe - witryne zakryta od frontu w górnej czesci jednoskrzydlowymi szklanymi drzwiami majacymi postac szyby o ksztalcie pionowo usytuowanego prostokata, przy czym szybaumieszczona jest w prostopadlosciennej ramce wykonanej z listew, zas dolna czesc szafy - witryny stanowi szuflada. - Szyba drzwi witryny posiada kompozycje szprosów ulozonych na ksztalt pionowo usytuowanych, wydluzonych elips powstalych przez wzajemne nalozenie na siebie odcinków szprosów o ksztalcie dolnej czesci litery U stanowiacych swoje lustrzane odbicia i usytuowanych poziomo. - Wewnetrzne i dolne obrzeza wszystkich drzwi segmentów zestawu, a takze dolne obrzeze szafki - barku i dolne obrzeze szuflady szafy - witryny wyklejone sa listwami o ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym stosunek szerokosci listew do szerokosci modulowej kazdego segmentu zestawu wedlug wzoru wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 1 : 18. - Glebokosc nadstawek segmentu RTV i segmentu witryna - barek wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 92% glebokosci dwudrzwiowej szafy i glebokosci ich szafek - podstaw. - Wszystkie segmenty zestawu posiadaja, w górnej czesci, profilowane listwy, przestajace nieco poza obrys mebli, majace postac wienca , przy czym dwudrzwiowa szafa jest wyzsza od pozostalych segmentów zestawu o wysokosc wienca (fig. 1,2 i 3).Fig.1Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture, consisting of independent segments with modular, identical widths: a two-door wardrobe, an RTV segment with two two-door cabinets: a higher upper one and a lower lower one, separated by a large recessed recess, and a display cabinet/liquor cabinet segment set on a two-door cabinet/base. The lower, two-door cabinet of the RTV segment also constitutes a base cabinet with identical dimensions to the base cabinet of the display cabinet/liquor cabinet segment. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the set (front view), Fig. 2 the set (side view), and Fig. 3 the set (top view). Essential features of the industrial design: The display cabinet/bar segment, which is a self-contained extension, is vertically divided into two semi-modular sections: a cabinet with a bar located in its central section, above and below which are box recesses: the larger upper section divided by horizontal shelves and the smaller lower section; and a wardrobe/display cabinet, covered at the front by a single-leaf glass door in the upper section, in the form of a vertically oriented rectangle. The glass is set in a rectangular frame made of slats, while the lower section of the wardrobe/display cabinet is a drawer. The display cabinet door glass features a composition of vertically oriented, elongated ellipses, created by overlapping horizontally oriented U-shaped sections of the lower section. These sections are mirror images of each other and arranged horizontally. - The inner and lower edges of all set segment doors, as well as the lower edge of the cabinet/bar and the lower edge of the wardrobe/display drawer, are lined with rectangular strips, with the strip width to module width ratio of each set segment, according to the formula, being approximately 1:18. - The depth of the RTV segment and display/display segment extensions is approximately 92% of the depth of the two-door wardrobe and the depth of their base cabinets. - All set segments have, in their upper parts, profiled strips extending slightly beyond the furniture outline, in the form of a rim, with the two-door wardrobe being higher than the other set segments by the height of the rim (Fig. 1, 2, and 3).
