Zestaw mebli pokojowych wchodzi w sklad grupy mebli skrzyniowych, a co za tym idzie jest przeznaczony do przechowywania w nim róznego rodzaju przedmiotów codziennego uzytku np. odziezy, artykulów wyposazenia wnetrz typu szklo, ksiazki itp., a ponadto moze pelnic dekoracyjny element wyposazenia wnetrz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych zestaw pokojowy, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii jego elementów, kolorystyce, sposobie wykonczenia i rozwiazaniu konstrukcyjnemu zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. IB o tej samej glebokosci.Szafa rys.fig. 1A ma postac skrzyni w dolnej przypodlogowej czesci zwienczonej prostokatna listwa cokolowa, a w pozostalej czesci zakrytej w plaszczyznie czolowej dwoma dlugimi frontami drzwiowymi ramowo- plycinowymi. Wewnatrz skrzyni w górnej czesci szafy na calej jej szerokosci znajduje sie metalowy drazek przeznaczony na wieszaki pod odziez. Nadstawka szafy rys.fig.IB jest ustawiona na szafie rys.fig. 1A ma postac skrzyni, bez listwy cokolowej, zakrytej w calosci w plaszczyznie czolowej dwoma frontami drzwiowymi ramowo-plycinowymi. Wewnatrz nadstawki w polowie jej wysokosci znajduje sie pólka z plyty rozdzielajaca jej przestrzen w poziomie na dwie równe czesci. Regal telewizorowy rys.fig. 1C ma postac skrzyni z wydzielona strefa otwartej przestrzeni i dwoma strefami zakrytymi frontami drzwiowymi ramowo-plycinowymi. W górnej czesci regal telewizorowy jest w plaszczyznie czolowej zakryty dwoma frontami drzwiowymi równymi wysokoscia z frontami drzwiowymi nadstawki szafy rys.fig.IB. Czesc górna oddziela od czesci dolnej obustronnie otwarta wolna przestrzen. Korpus 2-drzwiowy rys.fig.ID ma postac skrzyni w dolnej przypodlogowej czesci zwienczonej prostokatna listwa cokolowa, a w pozostalej czesci zakrytej w plaszczyznie czolowej dwoma krótkimi frontami drzwiowymi ramowo-plycinowymi. Wnetrze korpusu rozdziela w poziomie pólka tworzac tym samym dwie równe wolne przestrzenie. Regal witryna rys.fig. 1E jest regalem w duzej czesci przeszklonym. Ma on postac skrzyni zakrytej w górnej czesci plaszczyzny czolowej dwoma frontami drzwiowymi w postaci ramek z szybami. Przestrzen zakryta frontami przeszklonymi rozdzielaja dwie poziomo usytuowane pólki rozdzielajac tym samym zakryta przestrzen regalu na trzy równe czesci. Fronty na szybach zostaly przyozdobione listewkami pionowymi i poziomymi. Pionowe listwy rys.fig. 1J przebiegaja przez srodek przeszklenia natomiast listwy poziome rys.fig. II sa usytuowane na wysokosci pólek znajdujacych sie za przeszkleniem. W dolnej czesci pozostala przestrzen regalu zostala przedzielona poziomo ulozona pólka dzielac przestrzen na dwie równe obustronnie wolne przestrzenie.Korpus 2-szufladowy rys.fig.lF ma postac skrzyni w dolnej przypodlogowej czesci zwienczonej prostokatna listwa cokolowa, a w pozostalej czesci zakrytej w plaszczyznie czolowej dwoma poziomymi frontami szufladowymi ramowo-plycinowymi. Wnetrze korpusu wypelniaja dwie wstegi szufladowe tworzace wraz z dnem postac skrzynek poruszajacych sie na prowadnicach szufladowych w poziomie. Regal barkowy rys.fig.lG ma postac skrzyni z wydzielonymi dwoma strefami otwartej przestrzeni i dwoma strefami zakrytymi frontami drzwiowymi. W górnej czesci regal barkowy jest w plaszczyznie czolowej zakryty dwoma frontami drzwiowymi ramowo-plycinowymi równymi wysokoscia z frontami drzwiowymi nadstawki szafy rys.fig.lB. Czesc górna oddziela od czesci dolnej obustronnie otwarta wolna przestrzen. W czesci dolnej regal barkowy w plaszczyznie czolowej równiez zakrywa jeden front drzwiowy w postaci klapy uchylnej. Szerokosc wszystkich frontów w zestawie jest jednakowa za wyjatkiem klapy barkowej w rys.fig.IG i szuflad w rys.fig. 1F. W czesciach regalu barkowego zakrytych frontami drzwiowymi znajduja sie poziomo usytuowane pólki (jedna w górnej czesci i jedna w czesci zakrytej klapa uchylna) rozdzielajace przestrzen wewnatrz regalu na dwie równe czesci. Korpus 2-drzwiowy rys.fig. 1H jest identyczny z korpusem rys.fig.ID opisanym powyzej. Wszystkie elementy zestawu pokojowego zwanego MARKO wykonane sa z plyty wiórowej za wyjatkiem scian tylnych poszczególnych elementów wykonanych z plyty pilsniowej. Równiez wszystkie fronty drzwiowe bedace elementem dodatkowo zdobiacym caly zestaw sa wykonane na bazie plyty wiórowej i plyty mdf . Fronty drzwiowe sa wykonane w systemie ramowo-plytowym, czyli ramka jest wykonana z profilowej listwy ramiakowej powlekanej folia finisz, a plycina jest wykonana z plyty wiórowej. Calosc tworzy ciekawy ksztalt równiez bardzo istotny dla zastrzezenia. Wszystkie wyzej wymienione elementy zestawu pokojowego zwanego MARKO czyli: szafa fig.lA i nadstawka szafy fig.IB, regal telewizorowy fig.lC i korpus dwudrzwiowy fig.2D, regal witryna fig.lE i korpus 2-szufladowy fig.lF, regal barkowy fig.IG i korpus dwudrzwiowy fig. 1H maja istotne znaczenie dla zastrzezenia wzoru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego - zestawu mebli pokojowych zwanych MARKO jest postac wytworu w przedstawionej formie na rysunkach oraz na fotografii, ksztalt elementów skladowych segmentu charakteryzujacy sie przede wszystkim tym, ze kazdy z dolnychelementów jest zakryty w plaszczyznie frontami drzwiowymi o konstrukcji ramowo - plycinowej. Elementy dolne zestawu mebli pokojowych sa w dolnej czesci zwienczone prostokatnymi listwami cokolowymi.Fig.1FIG. 1 ZESTAW MARKO W WIDOKU Z PRZODU PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of room furniture called MARKO, it consists of four two-level segments: Fig.LA wardrobe and Fig.IB wardrobe top, Fig.LC TV bookcase and two-door body Fig.2D, Fig.LE bookcase and a 2-drawer body Fig. .lF, shoulder rack Fig. IG and two-door body Fig. 1H. The room furniture set is part of the box furniture group, and thus it is intended for storing various types of everyday items, e.g. clothes, interior items such as glass, books, etc., and it can also be a decorative element of interior furnishings. The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial shaping of the individual elements that make up the room set, manifested in their shape, the arrangement of the lines of its elements, colors, finishing and design solutions aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the drawing and photographs attached to the application. Figure 1 is a front view of an assembly of room furniture; figure 2 shows a set of room furniture in a top view. The photograph in Fig. 1 shows a front view of a set of room furniture. The set is named MARKO. The base of the set consists of four lower cabinets: a 2-door body Fig.ID, a 2-drawer body Fig.LF, a 2-door body Fig. 1H and a wardrobe Fig. 1 A. On the lower cabinets mentioned above, there are elements of lower depth: fig.lD there is a TV bookcase fig.lC, fig.lF there is a bookcase display cabinet fig.lE, in fig.lH there is a shoulder bookcase fig.lG with the exception of a wardrobe fig.fig. lA, on which stands the top of the cabinet, fig. fig. IB of the same depth. Wardrobe fig. 1A is in the form of a box in the lower part of the base, topped with a rectangular plinth, and in the remaining part, covered in the frontal plane with two long frame and panel door fronts. Inside the chest, in the upper part of the wardrobe, along its entire width, there is a metal handle intended for hangers under clothes. The top of the cabinet, fig.IB, is placed on the cabinet, fig. 1A has the form of a box, without a plinth, completely covered in the frontal plane with two frame and panel door fronts. Inside the top section, at the half of its height, there is a plate shelf dividing its space horizontally into two equal parts. TV bookcase fig. Fig. 1C is in the form of a box with a separate open space zone and two zones covered with frame and panel door fronts. In the upper part, the TV shelf is in the frontal plane covered with two door fronts of equal height with the door fronts of the wardrobe extension, fig. IB. The upper part is separated from the lower part by an open space on both sides. In the lower part, the TV shelf in the frontal plane is also covered by two frame-panel door fronts, which are about 1/3 of the height higher than the upper fronts. The width of all fronts in the set is the same, except for the shoulder flap in fig. IG and the drawers in fig. 1F. In the parts of the TV shelf covered with door fronts, there are two horizontally situated shelves (one in the upper part and one in the lower part), dividing the space inside the shelf into three equal spaces. The 2-door body, fig. ID has the form of a box in the bottom part, topped with a rectangular plinth, and in the rest, covered in the frontal plane with two short panel-frame door fronts. The inside of the body is separated horizontally by shelves, thus creating two equal free spaces. Regal display cabinet fig.fig. 1E is a largely glazed bookcase. It has the form of a chest covered in the upper part of the frontal plane with two door fronts in the form of frames with glass. The space covered with glass fronts separates two horizontally arranged shelves, thus dividing the covered space of the bookcase into three equal parts. The fronts on the windows are decorated with vertical and horizontal slats. Vertical strips fig. Fig. 1J run through the middle of the glazing, while the horizontal strips, fig. II are situated at the height of the shelves behind the glazing. In the lower part, the rest of the shelf space has been divided by a horizontally arranged shelf dividing the space into two equal free spaces on both sides. frame and panel drawer fronts. The interior of the body is filled with two drawer ribbons, which together with the bottom form the form of boxes moving horizontally on drawer slides. The shoulder rack, fig. LG has the form of a box with two separate open space zones and two zones covered with door fronts. In the upper part, the shoulder rack is covered in the frontal plane with two frame and panel door fronts of equal height with the door fronts of the wardrobe extension, fig.lB. The upper part is separated from the lower part by an open space on both sides. In the lower part, the shoulder rack in the frontal plane also covers one door front in the form of a hinged flap. The width of all fronts in the set is the same, except for the shoulder flap in fig. IG and the drawers in fig. 1F. In the parts of the shoulder rack, covered with door fronts, there are horizontally arranged shelves (one in the upper part and one in the covered part with a hinged flap), dividing the space inside the shelf into two equal parts. 2-door body, fig. 1H is identical to the body fig.ID described above. All elements of the MARKO room set are made of chipboard, except for the back walls of the individual elements made of fibreboard. Also, all door fronts, which are an element that additionally decorate the whole set, are made on the basis of chipboard and MDF board. The door fronts are made in the frame-and-panel system, i.e. the frame is made of a profile rail-type stile, coated with foil finish, and the panel is made of chipboard. The whole creates an interesting shape also very relevant for the proviso. All the above-mentioned elements of the room set called MARKO, that is: the wardrobe Fig. 1A and the top of the wardrobe Fig. IB, the TV shelf Fig. 1C and the two-door body Fig. 2D, the display cabinet Fig. 1 and the 2-drawer body Fig. 1F, the shoulder unit Fig. .IG and the two-door body Fig. 1H are essential for the design claim. Significant features of an industrial design Significant features of an industrial design - a set of room furniture called MARKO are the form of the product in the form shown in the drawings and in the photo, the shape of the segment components, characterized primarily by the fact that each of the lower elements is covered in the plane with door fronts with a frame structure - plycinowa. The width of the wardrobe door fronts and 2-door bodies is the same, and the width of the drawer body fronts is equal to twice the width of the door fronts. The upper elements of the room set: the top of the wardrobe Fig. IB, the TV shelf Fig. 1C, the display unit Fig. 1 and the shoulder rack Fig. IG are placed on the lower elements as shown in the picture, Fig. 1, thanks to which all the elements of the room set constitute a compact block . The upper elements of the set are largely covered in the vertical plane with door fronts with a frame and panel structure: cabinet top Fig.IB, TV shelf Fig.LC, shoulder shelf Fig.IG and fronts with glazing: bookcase Fig.LE. The remaining parts of the upper elements of the room set, not covered with door fronts, constitute open spaces.
