Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zestawu mebli, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, cechach konturów i kolorystyce, które w odróznienie od dotychczas znanych posiadaja: - odmiennie uksztaltowana powierzchnie zewnetrzna drzwiczek, - odmienny uklad poszczególnych elementów zestawu, - oryginalny uklad szyb w witrynie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia szafe 2-drzwiowa, fig. 2 - szafke z barkiem, fig. 3 - 2-drzwiowa witryne, fig. 4 - szafke z pólkami, natomiast fig. 5 - 1-drzwiowa szafe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej, glebokiej szafy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi szafy i znajdujacej sie nad nia 2-drzwiowej szafki - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest kilkakrotnie przerzezbiona. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 2 - mebel w postaci szafki z barkiem charakteryzuje sie tym, ze caly jego modul jest nizszy od modulu przedstawionego na fotografii fig 1. Przy czym w jego najnizszej czesci umieszczona jest gleboka szafka 2-drzwiowa, zas nad nia, nieco plytszy barek, umieszczony pomiedzy dwoma odkrytymi pólkami. Nad barkiem umieszczona jest 2-drzwiowa szafka, podobna do tej, jaka przedstawia fotografia, fig. 1 i podobna do szafki, która jest umieszczona najnizej. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwiczek obu szafek i barku -wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest kilkakrotnie przerzezbiona. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 3 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej witryny charakteryzuje sie tym, ze caly jego modul jest równie wysoki, jak modul przedstawiony na fotografii fig. 1. W jego najnizszej czesci umieszczone sa - jedna nad druga - dwie glebokie szuflady. Natomiast nad nimi widoczna jest 2-drzwiowa przeszklona witryna, plytsza od szuflad. Charakterystyczna cecha witryny jest to, ze przez srodek obu szyb przebiega symetrycznie pionowa cienka plaska listwa, uzupelniona poziomymi listwami, dzielacymi powierzchnie szyby na 10 prostokatów równej wielkosci. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni szuflad i drzwi witryny umieszczone sa - wokól ich krawedzi - plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest kilkakrotnie przerzezbiona. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 4 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze caly jego modul jest nizszy od modulu przedstawionego na fotografii fig. 1 i takiej samej wysokosci jak modul - fig. 4. W jego najnizszej czesci znajduje sie 2-drzwiowa gleboka szafka, która jest identyczna, jak najnizsza szafka mebla przedstawionego na fotografii - fig. 2, zas nad nia umieszczone sa dwie odkryte pólki, plytsze od najnizszej szafki. Nad pólkami umieszczona jest 2-drzwiowa szafka, która jest podobna do szafki umieszczonej najnizej, ale jest od niej wyzsza i plytsza. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwiczek obu szafek - wokól ich krawedzi - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest kilkakrotnie przerzezbiona. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 5 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej, glebokiej szafy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze caly jego modul jest równie wysoki, jak modul przedstawiony na fotografii fig 1. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi szafy i znajdujacej sie nad nia 1-drzwiowej szafki - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest kilkakrotnie przerzezbiona. Kazdy z opisanych powyzej elementów tworzy zestaw mebli pod nazwa „Markus" i kazdy z jego elementów moze zostac dowolnie zestawiony z pozostalymi, badz niektórymi z pozostalych elementów.Wyka z elementów zestawu mebli: 1) fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej szafy, 2) fig. 2 - mebel w postaci szafki z barkiem, 3) fig. 3 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej witryny, 4) fig. 4 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami, 5) fig. 5 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej szafy. The essence of the design is a new form of the set of furniture, manifested in its shape, contour features, and color scheme. These furniture sets, unlike previously known furniture, feature: - a differently shaped outer door surface; - a different arrangement of individual elements; - an original arrangement of glass panes in the display cabinet. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-door wardrobe, Fig. 2 a cabinet with a bar; Fig. 3 a two-door display cabinet; Fig. 4 a cabinet with shelves; and Fig. 5 a single-door wardrobe. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door, deep wardrobe is characterized by the fact that on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the two-door cabinet above it—around the edges of each door—are placed flat, wide strips that transition through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which in turn is carved several times. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 2, a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with a bar is characterized by the fact that its entire module is lower than the module shown in Fig. 1. In its lowest section, there is a deep two-door cabinet, and above it, a slightly shallower bar, placed between two exposed shelves. Above the bar is a two-door cabinet, similar to the one shown in Fig. 1 and similar to the cabinet that is placed at the bottom. On the outer surfaces of the doors of both cabinets and the bar—around the edges of each door—are flat, wide strips that are carved into a narrower flat strip, which is in turn carved several times. As shown in photograph 3, the two-door display cabinet is characterized by its entire module being as high as the module shown in photograph 1. Its lowest section contains two deep drawers, one above the other. Above them, a two-door glass display cabinet is visible, shallower than the drawers. A characteristic feature of the display cabinet is that a thin, vertical, flat strip runs symmetrically through the center of both panes, supplemented by horizontal strips dividing the glass surface into 10 equal-sized rectangles. On the outer surface of the drawers and display cabinet doors, wide, flat strips are placed around their edges, carved into a narrower, flat strip, which is itself carved several times. As shown in Fig. 4, this piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves is characterized by its entire module being lower than the module shown in Fig. 1 and the same height as the module shown in Fig. 4. In its lowest section, there is a deep, two-door cabinet, identical to the lowest cabinet in the furniture shown in Fig. 2, and above it are two exposed shelves, shallower than the lowest cabinet. Above the shelves is a two-door cabinet, similar to the lowest cabinet, but taller and shallower. On the outer surface of both cabinet doors, around their edges, are placed flat, wide strips that transition through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which in turn is carved several times. As shown in photograph Fig. 5, a piece of furniture in the form of a single-door, deep wardrobe, is characterized by its entire module being as high as the module shown in photograph Fig. 1. On the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the single-door cabinet above it, around the edges of each door, are placed flat, wide strips that transition through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which in turn is carved several times. Each of the elements described above creates a furniture set called "Markus" and each of its elements can be freely combined with the remaining ones, or with some of the remaining elements. List of the elements of the furniture set: 1) fig. 1 - a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door wardrobe, 2) fig. 2 - a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with a bar, 3) fig. 3 - a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door display cabinet, 4) fig. 4 - a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves, 5) fig. 5 - a piece of furniture in the form of a 1-door wardrobe. An important feature of the design shown in the photograph Fig. 1 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door deep wardrobe, - on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the 2-door cabinet above it - around the edges of the individual doors - there are flat, wide strips that pass through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which in turn is carved several times. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 2 is that: it is a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with a bar, - its entire module is lower than the module shown in Fig. 1, with a deep two-door cabinet in its lowest part, - above it, a slightly shallower bar, placed between two open shelves, - above the bar, a two-door cabinet is placed, similar to the one shown in Fig. 1 and similar to the cabinet that is placed the lowest, and on the outer surface of the doors of both cabinets and the bar - around the edges of the individual doors - there are flat, wide strips that pass through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which in turn is carved several times. A significant feature of the design shown in Fig. 3 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door display cabinet; - its entire module is as high as the module shown in Fig. 1; - in its lowest part, two deep drawers are located, one above the other; - above them, a two-door glass display cabinet, shallower than the drawers, is visible. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 5 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a 1-door, deep wardrobe, - its entire module is as high as the module shown in Fig. 5's photo, - on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the 1-door cabinet above it - around the edges of individual doors - there are flat, wide strips that turn into a narrower flat strip, which is in turn carved several times.
