Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.l, natomiast fig.2, 3 i 4 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, tworzace lacznie komplet mebli. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in fig. 1, while fig. 2, 3 and 4 - show its successive forms, i.e. varieties of the industrial design, which together form a set of furniture.

Cech a istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.l - szafy dwudrzwiowej - jest to, ze: — w jej dolnej czesci umieszczone zostaly dwie szuflady, a nad nimi dwudrzwiowa szafa, przy czym — zewnetrzna powierzchnia drzwi i szuflad jest gladka, natomiast wzdluz wszystkich krawedzi szafki umieszczony zostal ozdobny waleczek, tworzacy ornament w ksztalcie ramki. An important feature of the industrial design shown in the illustration in fig. 1 - a two-door wardrobe - is that: - in its lower part there are two drawers, and above them a double-door wardrobe, while - the outer surface of the door and drawers is smooth, while all along all a decorative roller has been placed on the edge of the cabinet, creating an ornament in the shape of a frame.

Cech a istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.2 - szafki z pólkami - jest to, ze: — jest ona nieco nizsza od opisanej wczesniej szafy dwudrzwiowej, przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.l, jej górna czesc zostala ukosnie zaokraglona, — w jej najnizszej czesci znajduje sie niski modul, skladajacy sie z dwóch bocznych szafek jednodrzwiowych, przedzielonych dwoma otwartymi pólkami, — jej srodkowa czesc stanowi nieco plytsza, otwarta pólka, — nad nia, umieszczone zostaly odkryte pólki, przy czym zostaly one przedzielone niesymetrycznie, w polowie pionowo, a w ich prawej, dolnej czesci umieszczona zostala szufladka,— zewnetrzna powierzchnia drzwi szafek i szuflad jest gladka, natomiast wzdluz wszystkich krawedzi szafki umieszczony zostal ozdobny waleczek, tworzacy ornament w ksztalcie ramki. A significant feature of the industrial design presented in fig. 2 - cabinets with shelves - is that: - it is slightly lower than the previously described two-door wardrobe, shown in fig. 1, its upper part is obliquely rounded, - in its upper part the lowest part is a low module, consisting of two side single-door cabinets, separated by two open shelves, - its central part is a slightly shallow, open shelf, - above it, there are open shelves, but they are asymmetrically divided, half vertically and in their lower right part there is a drawer, - the outer surface of the doors of the cabinets and drawers is smooth, while a decorative roller has been placed along all the edges of the cabinet, creating a frame-shaped ornament.

Cech a istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.3 - witryny - jest to, ze: — jej wysokosc jest analogiczna do opisanej na wstepie dwudrzwiowej szafy, przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.l, — jest ona nieco plytsza do opisanej na wstepie dwudrzwiowej szafy, przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.l, — w je j dolnej czesci znajduja sie dwie szuflady, — nad szafka z szufladami umieszczona zostala dwudrzwiowa, czesciowo przeszklona witryna, przy czym — kazde ze skrzydel drzwi witryny przedzielone zostalo pionowa, fantazyjnie sfalowana linia w ten sposób, ze na srodku witryny widoczny jest usytuowany pionowo szklany element, najszerszy na srodku szafki, nastepnie - wyzej i nizej - nieco zwezajacy sie, a nastepnie rozszerzajacy sie lejkowato na górze i na dole witryny, — zewnetrzna powierzchnia drzwi i szuflad jest gladka, natomiast wzdluz wszystkich krawedzi witryny umieszczony zostal ozdobny waleczek tworzacy ornament w ksztalcie ramki. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in fig. 3 - display cases - is that: - its height is similar to the two-door wardrobe described in the introduction, shown in fig. 1, - it is slightly shallower than the two-door wardrobe described in the introduction shown in fig. 1, - in its lower part there are two drawers, - above the cabinet with drawers, there is a two-door, partially glazed display case, where - each door leaf is divided by a vertical, fancifully wavy line in this way that in the center of the display there is a visible glass element, the widest in the center of the cabinet, then - higher and lower - slightly narrowing, and then widening in a funnel-like manner at the top and bottom of the site, - the outer surface of the door and drawers is smooth, while along the length a decorative roller was placed on all edges of the site, creating an ornament in the shape of a frame.

Cech a istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.4 - szafki z barkiem - jest to, ze: — jest ona nieco plytsza, od opisanej wczesniej szafki z pólkami, przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.2, jej wysokosc jest analogiczna do tej szafki, a jej górna czesc zostala ukosnie zaokraglona - w odwrotna strone niz w szafce przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.2, — w je j dolnej czesci znajduje sie dwudrzwiowa szafka, — nad szafka umieszczony zostal barek zamykany drzwiczkami, — nad barkiem umieszczone zostaly dwie otwarte pólki.- zewnetrzna powierzchnia drzwi szafki i barku jest gladka, natomiast wzdluz wszystkich krawedzi szafki umieszczony zostal ozdobny waleczek tworzacy ornament w ksztalcie ramki. A significant feature of the industrial design variation shown in fig. 4 - cabinets with a bar - is that: - it is slightly shallower than the previously described cabinet with shelves, shown in fig. 2, its height is analogous to that of the cabinet, and its upper part is obliquely rounded - on the opposite side than in the cabinet shown in fig. 2, - in its lower part there is a two-door cabinet, - above the cabinet there is a bar closed with a door, - two open shelves are placed above the cabinet. - the outer surface of the cabinet door and the bar is smooth, while a decorative roller has been placed along all the edges of the cabinet, forming a frame-shaped ornament.
