Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli kuchennych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w ukladzie linii wystepujacych w zestawie zwiazanych z dwupoziomowym polozeniem szafek i obrysem odmiennych gabarytowo elementów zestawu. Znane sa rozmaite zestawy mebli kuchennych zawierajace róznorodne szafki i szuflady, jak równiez róznego typu obudowy meblowe sprzetu AGD przydatne w domowych kuchniach. Np. z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr Rz 11753 znany jest zestaw mebli kuchennych charakteryzujacy sie wielopoziomowym ukladem szafek, przy czym ponizej górnego rzedu wiszacych szafek z drzwiami plytowymi dwuskrzydlowymi usytuowane sa listwy z uchwytami do wieszania, a ponizej i powyzej szafek z drzwiami oszklonymi jednoskrzydlowymi znajduja sie wneki z pólkami, przy czym obie wneki górne polaczone sa pólkami. Na dolnych krawedziach plytowych drzwi i na czole ostatniej szuflady w stojacych szafkach znanego zestawu oraz na górnych krawedziach plytowych drzwi i oszklonych wiszacych szafek znajduja sie listwy, które wraz z uchwytami drzwi i szufladi wnekami frontów mebli znanego zestawu wybarwione sa w odmiennym kolorze, niz kolor frontów mebli znanego zestawu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zestaw w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - zestaw w widoku z boku i fig. 3 - zestaw w widoku od góry. Zestaw mebli kuchennych wedlug wzoru zawiera szafki wiszace, niskie szafki stojace przykryte wspólnym blatem i wysoka szafe stojaca, która stanowi lacznik pomiedzy niskimi szafkami stojacymi i szafkami wiszacymi. W sklad szafek wiszacych wchodza: jednodrzwiowa szafka , dwudrzwiowa szafka i szafka- obudowa okapnika, natomiast, w sklad zespolu niskich szafek stojacych wchodza: jednodrzwiowa szafka z szuflada, szafka - obudowa piecyka i dwudrzwiowa szafka. Wysoka szafka stojaca podzielona jest poziomymi liniami na trzy jednodrzwiowe szafki, przy czym stosunek wysokosci szafki górnej do wysokosci szafki srodkowej i wysokosci szafki dolnej wynosi, okolo, 1:5:3.5. Ponadto, stosunek szerokosci wysokiej szafy stojacej do szerokosci szafek jednodrzwiowych. zarówno wiszacych, jak i niskich stojacych wynosi, okolo, 3:2. Górna czesc zestawu jest dwupoziomowa: szafki wiszace zawieszone sa ponizej górnej plyty stanowiacej zwienczenie wysokiej szafy stojacej. Ponadto, wybarwienie mebli zestawu jest dwukolorowe, dzieki kontrastowej barwie blatu przykrywajacego niskie szafki stojace w porównaniu do wybarwienia frontów wszystkich mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru. The essence of the design is reflected in the arrangement of lines within the set, related to the two-level arrangement of cabinets and the outline of the set's differently sized components. Various kitchen furniture sets are known, containing a variety of cabinets and drawers, as well as various types of furniture housings for household appliances useful in home kitchens. For example, the description of ornamental design no. Rz 11753 describes a set of kitchen furniture characterized by a multi-level arrangement of cabinets, where below the top row of hanging cabinets with double-leaf panel doors are strips with hanging handles, and below and above the cabinets with single-leaf glazed doors are recesses with shelves, with both upper recesses connected by shelves. The lower edges of the panel doors and the front of the last drawer in the base cabinets of the known set, as well as the upper edges of the panel doors and glass-fronted wall cabinets, feature moldings that, along with the door and drawer handles and the recesses of the fronts of the known set, are painted a different color than the fronts of the known set. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in general view, Fig. 2 shows the set in side view, and Fig. 3 shows the set in top view. The kitchen set according to the design includes wall-mounted cabinets, low base cabinets covered with a common countertop, and a tall base cabinet that acts as a link between the low base cabinets and the wall-mounted cabinets. The wall-mounted cabinets include a single-door cabinet, a double-door cabinet, and a drip-cap cabinet. The low-floor cabinet set includes a single-door cabinet with a drawer, a stove cabinet, and a double-door cabinet. The high-floor cabinet is divided by horizontal lines into three single-door cabinets, with the ratio of the upper cabinet height to the middle cabinet height and the lower cabinet height being approximately 1:5:3.5. Furthermore, the ratio of the high-floor cabinet width to the single-door cabinet width, both wall-mounted and low-floor cabinet width, is approximately 3:2. The upper section of the set is two-tiered: the wall-mounted cabinets hang below the top panel that crowns the high-floor cabinet. Moreover, the furniture in the set is two-tone, thanks to the contrasting color of the countertop covering the low base cabinets compared to the color of the fronts of all the furniture in the set, as shown in the pattern. Essential features of the industrial design: The low base cabinets are connected to the wall cabinets by a tall base cabinet, with the wall cabinets suspended below the top panel that crowns the tall base cabinet. The tall base cabinet is divided by horizontal lines into three single-door cabinets, with the ratio of the height of the upper cabinet to the height of the middle cabinet and the height of the lower cabinet being approximately 1:5:3.5. Furthermore, the ratio of the width of the tall base cabinet to the width of the single-door cabinets, both wall-mounted and low-floor cabinets, is approximately 3:2 (Fig. 1, 2, and 3).
