Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu sypialnego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie profili elementów dekoracyjnych poszczególnych mebli, laczen i usytuowania powierzchni nadajacych calosci zestawu sypialnego oryginalny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig.l przedstawia loze, fig.2a szafe 1-drzwiowa, fig.2b szafe 2- drzwiowa, fig.2c szafe 3-drzwiowa, fig.2d szafe 4-drzwiowa, fig.2e szafe narozna, fig.3 komode, fig.4 toaletke, fig.5 lustro wiszace, fig.6 szafke nocna, zas fig.7 przykladowy zespól sypialny. Zestaw sypialny sklada sie z loza l, szafy 2, komody 3, toaletki 4, lustra wiszacego 5 oraz szafki nocnej 6. Elementami charakterystycznymi zestawu sa krzywoliniowe elementy dekoracyjne 7 w drzwiach szaf oraz szafkach nocnych, krzywoliniowe elementydekoracyjne 8 w szczycie loza, frontach toaletki, komody i lustra wiszacego, poziome laczenia 9 oraz laczenia katowe 10 i uklad plyt we frontach mebli ii . The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bedroom set, manifested in the shape of the profiles of the decorative elements of the individual pieces of furniture, the joints, and the arrangement of surfaces, giving the entire bedroom set a unique aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a bed, Fig. 2a a single-door wardrobe, Fig. 2b a two-door wardrobe, Fig. 2c a three-door wardrobe, Fig. 2d a four-door wardrobe, Fig. 2e a corner wardrobe, Fig. 3 a chest of drawers, Fig. 4 a dressing table, Fig. 5 a hanging mirror, Fig. 6 a bedside table, and Fig. 7 a sample bedroom set. The bedroom set consists of a bed 1, wardrobe 2, chest of drawers 3, dressing table 4, hanging mirror 5, and bedside table 6. The set's characteristic elements are curvilinear decorative elements 7 in the wardrobe doors and bedside tables, curvilinear decorative elements 8 in the headboard, fronts of the dressing table, chest of drawers, and hanging mirror, horizontal joints 9 and angled joints 10, and the arrangement of panels in the furniture fronts ii. In the bed, a characteristic curvilinear decorative element 7 appears in the headboard and divides the headboard into two parts with different grain patterns (horizontal and vertical) on panel ii. Curvilinear decorative elements 7 are built into the doors of the wardrobes and bedside tables, dividing the door surfaces into parts with different grain patterns on panels ii. Aluminum-colored handles 12 are mounted on the doors of wardrobes, chests of drawers, nightstands, and the dressing table. The bed rests in the rear section on the top of the bed and in the front section on two legs 13 set at a 45-degree angle to the bed frame. The bed legs are finished at the base with a silver decorative element 14. The detail of the angled connection (JJ) and the characteristic method of leg decoration 14 are shown in the example of the bed. The bedroom set can be freely combined by selecting specific elements.
