Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli sypialnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu sypialnego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie profili elementów wykonczeniowych poszczególnych mebli, ukladzie krawedzi i powierzchni nadajacych calosci zestawu sypialnego oryginalny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia loze, fig.2a szafe 2-drzwiowa, fig.2b szafe 4-drzwiowa, fig.3 komode, fig.4 lustro wiszace, fig.5 szafke nocna, zas fig.6 rysunek zbiorczy. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa krawedzie boczne konstrukcji skrzyniowych 7, listwa stalowa 8 wkomponowana we fronty szaf, komody i szafek nocnych, profil ze stali nierdzewnej 9 wkomponowany w blaty komody i szafek nocnych, wyprofilowane, stalowe plaszczyzny cokolów mebli 10, oryginalny, krzywoliniowy ksztalt U. szczytu loza, element tapicerowany 12 umieszczony w oparciu loza oraz charakterystyczne, krzywoliniowe ksztalty 13 frontów szafek nocnych oraz zewnetrznych drzwi szaf i komody.W lozu charakterystycznie wyprofilowane krawedzie boczne 7 wystepuja na polaczeniu boku z carga loza, na polaczeniu ramy loza ze szczytem oraz w górnej i dolnej czesci szczytu loza. Loze oparte jest na charakterystycznym cokole 10. W oparciu loza zamontowano tapicerowany element 12. Oryginalne krawedzie boczne 7 wystepuja w korpusach szaf, komód i szafek nocnych i komponuja sie z krzywoliniowymi drzwiami \3 szaf, komód i frontami szafek nocnych. W blatach komody i szafek nocnych wmontowano profil ze stali nierdzewnej 9 widoczny z góry i frontu blatu. Szafki nocne, komoda, szafy i loze opieraja sie na cokolach 10 w kolorze stali. Specyficznym elementem komody jest suwany blat 14. Stalowa listwe 8 umieszczono miedzy blatem a frontem szuflady szafki nocnej i miedzy blatem a drzwiczkami komody. Cecha charakterystyczna szaf i komód jest to, ze nie posiadaja one typowych uchwytów i zastosowanie dotykowego systemu otwierania drzwi „push". Oryginalny krzywoliniowy ksztalt 13 drzwi polaczono z listwa ze stali nierdzewnej 8. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the sleeping set, which is reflected in the shape of the profiles of the finishing elements of individual pieces of furniture, the arrangement of the edges and surfaces giving the whole sleeping set an original aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where fig. 1 shows a bed, fig. 2a a 2-door wardrobe, fig. 2b a wardrobe 4-door, fig. 3 a chest of drawers, fig. 4 a hanging mirror, fig. 5 a bedside table, and Fig. 6 collective drawing. The essential features of the industrial design are the side edges of box structures 7, a steel strip 8 integrated into the fronts of wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables, a stainless steel profile 9 integrated into the tops of a chest of drawers and bedside tables, profiled steel surfaces of furniture pedestals 10, an original, curvilinear U-shape the top of the bed, an upholstered element 12 placed on the back of the bed and the characteristic curvilinear shapes of 13 fronts of bedside tables and the outer doors of wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The bed has a distinctive profiled side edges 7 at the connection of the side with the bed, at the junction of the frame with the top and top and bottom of the top of the bed. The bed is based on a characteristic plinth 10. The bed has an upholstered element 12. The original side edges 7 appear in the bodies of wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables and match the curvilinear doors \ 3 of wardrobes, chests of drawers and fronts of bedside tables. The tops of the chest of drawers and bedside tables feature a stainless steel profile 9 visible from the top and the front of the top. Bedside tables, a chest of drawers, wardrobes and beds rest on 10 plinths in the color of steel. A specific element of the chest of drawers is the sliding top 14. The steel strip 8 is placed between the top and the front of the bedside cabinet drawer and between the top and the door of the chest of drawers. A characteristic feature of cabinets and chests of drawers is that they do not have typical handles and the use of a "push" touch door opening system. The original curvilinear shape of 13 doors is combined with a stainless steel strip 8.
