Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli sypialnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu sypialnego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie profili elementów wykonczeniowych poszczególnych mebli, ukladzie krawedzi i powierzchni nadajacych calosci zestawu sypialnego oryginalny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia loze, fig. 2a szafe 2-drzwiowa, fig. 2b szafe 4-drzwiowa, fig. 3 komode, fig. 4 szafke nocna, zas fig. 5 rysunek zbiorczy. Cechami istotnymi zestawu sypialnego sa krawedzie boczne konstrukcji skrzyniowych 6; listwa stalowa 7 wkomponowana w konstrukcje ramowa loza, miedzy wiencami a drzwiami szaf, miedzy wiencami a frontami komody i szafek nocnych; oryginalny ksztalt nózek meblowych 8; elementy tapicerowane 9 umieszczone w szczycie loza; charakterystyczny,krzywoliniowy ksztalt szczytu loza 10; oryginalny ksztalt uchwytów l i i 12 w szafach i komodzie oraz krzywoliniowy 13 ksztalt wienców szaf, komody i szafki nocnej; wyprofilowane fronty 14 szuflad, drzwi szaf i komody. W lozu charakterystycznie wyprofilowane krawedzie boczne 6 wystepuja na polaczeniu boków loza z cargami. Dookola ramy loza wmontowano charakterystyczne listwy stalowe 7. Loze oparte jest na oryginalnych nózkach w kolorze stali 8. W charakterystycznym, krzywoliniowym szczycie loza 10 zamontowano dwa tapicerowane elementy 9. Oryginalnie wyprofilowane fronty 14 wystepuja w drzwiach szaf, komody i frontach szuflad szafek nocnych. W wience o charakterystycznym krzywoliniowym ksztalcie 13 wmontowano stalowa listwe 7. W drzwiach szafy zamontowano oryginalne uchwyty U. W krzywoliniowym wiencu komody J_3 zamontowano stalowa listwe 7. W drzwiczkach komody zamontowano uchwyty 12. Cecha charakterystyczna szafki nocnej jest to, ze nie ma ona typowych uchwytów, lecz system dotykowego otwierania szuflad typu „push". Wyprofilowane fronty 14 zastosowano we frontach szuflad. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bedroom set, manifested in the shape of the profiles of the finishing elements of the individual pieces of furniture, the arrangement of edges and surfaces, giving the entire bedroom set a unique aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a bed, Fig. 2a a 2-door wardrobe, Fig. 2b a 4-door wardrobe, Fig. 3 a chest of drawers, Fig. 4 a bedside table, and Fig. 5 a collective drawing. Essential features of the bedroom set are the side edges of the box structures 6; a steel strip 7 incorporated into the frame structure of the bed, between the rims and doors of the wardrobes, between the rims and fronts of the chest of drawers and bedside tables; the original shape of the furniture legs 8; upholstered elements 9 placed in the headboard of the bed; The characteristic, curvilinear shape of the headboard 10; the original shape of the handles l and 12 on the wardrobes and chest of drawers, and the curvilinear 13 shape of the tops of the wardrobes, chest of drawers, and bedside tables; the contoured fronts 14 of the drawers, wardrobe doors, and chest of drawers. The bed features characteristically contoured side edges 6 at the junction of the bed sides with the cargo panels. Distinctive steel strips 7 are mounted around the bed frame. The bed rests on original steel-colored legs 8. The characteristic, curvilinear headboard 10 features two upholstered elements 9. Originally contoured fronts 14 are featured on the wardrobe doors, chest of drawers, and bedside table drawer fronts. A steel strip 7 is mounted in the characteristic curvilinear rim 13. Original U-shaped handles are mounted in the wardrobe doors. A steel strip 7 is mounted in the curvilinear rim of the J_3 chest of drawers. Handles 12 are mounted in the chest of drawers doors. A characteristic feature of the bedside table is that it does not have typical handles, but a touch-sensitive "push" drawer opening system. Profiled fronts 14 are used in the drawer fronts.
