Cala konstrukcja jest posadowiona na czterech regulowanych stopkach umozliwiajacych poziomowanie szafy w stosunku do podloza. W dolnej czesci szafy znajduja sie dwie szuflady z których kazda ma po dwa, poziomo zamocowane metalowe uchwyty. Szerokosc szuflad odpowiada szerokosci calej szafy. Cecha charakterystyczna owej szafy jest fakt zastosowania luster na drzwiach na prawie calej wielkosci powierzchni drzwi, dzieki którym szafa wyglada estetycznie, ale jest takze bardzo praktyczna. Szyba jest przyklejana do drzwi. Powierzchnia wokól lustra to pas plyty wiórowej o szerokosc okolo osiem i pól centymetra. Kazde z drzwi posiada po jednym uchwycie, identycznym jak w przypadku szuflad, ale zamontowane pionowo. Szafa 4-drzwiowa jest kontynuacja koncepcji szafy 2 - drzwiowej, ale z pewnymi róznicami. Podstawowa róznica sa oczywiscie gabaryty które wynikaja z szerokosci szafy a scislej z „poszerzenia" tej szafy o dwie pólszafy, lewa i prawa tworzac zestaw skladajacy sie z trzech elementów, czyli szafy srodkowej, pólszafy lewej i prawej, co zostalo uwidocznione na rysunku i zdjeciu. W kazdej z pólszaf znajduja sie po cztery pólki, natomiast szafa srodkowa wyglada identycznie jak w przypadku szafy dwudrzwiowej. Drzwi pólszaf sa pelne i w calosci wykonane z plyty wiórowej. Uchwyty na pólszafach sa umocowane w czesci srodkowej i pionowo. Wizualnie, szafa 4-drzwiowa sprawia wrazenie szafy masywniejszej, oraz posiada odpowiednio wieksza liczbe stopek i uchwytów. Dodatkowa opcja dla zwiekszenia walorów uzytkowych szaf i pólszaf wchodzacych w sklad elementów zestawu sa szafy i pólszafy z tzw. nadstawka które moga byc montowane w zaleznosci od upodoban klientów. Wizualnie owa nadstawka nie tylko zwieksza wysokosc szafy czy pólszafy prezentowanych powyzej, ale takze sprawia wrazenie „obszernosci" tych elementów co zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczniku nr 1 do fotografii i rysunków, fig.7. Nadstawka, fig. 8 na zal. nr 1, jest elementem nakladanym na górna powierzchnie szafy lub pólszafy i zwieksza wysokosc owych elementów o okolo 20%. Ma o na ksztalt skrzyni wyposazonej odpowiednio, w dwoje drzwiczek otwieranych od srodka na zewnatrz w przypadku szafy, oraz jedne drzwiczki otwierane na zewnetrz w lewa lub prawa strone w zaleznosci od rodzaju pólszafy. Kazde z drzwiczek wyposazone sa w metalowe uchwyty pionowo zamocowane identyczne jak w przypadku szafy, czy pólszafy. Wnetrze nadstawki nie posiada pólek czy przegród tworzac tym samym otwarta przestrzen w korzystaniu z niej. Do kazdej z nadstawek moze byc zamontowana listwa halogenowa w zaleznosci od upodoban klienta podobnie ja to ma miejsce w przypadku samych szaf, czy pólszaf, której ogólny opis znajduje sie w dalszej czesci tekstu. Praktycznosc i spora „pojemnosc" takiego zestawu umozliwia stosowanie go takze do innych rozwiazan przestrzennych, chociazby przedpokoi czy innych.Kolejnym elementem sypialni jest komoda przedstawiona na zdjeciu i rysunku nr 3. Ma ona ksztalt skrzyni o regularnym ksztalcie. Wysokosc komody stanowi zblizona wartosc do jej szerokosci. Podobnie jak pozostale meble zostala wyposazona w cztery metalowe i symetrycznie rozmieszczone i regulowane stopki oraz po dwa identyczne uchwyty dla kazdej z szuflad, które sa zamontowane poziomo. Jest ona bardzo pojemna i praktyczna ze wzgledu fakt iz posiada ona cztery glebokie szuflady, które wypelniaja cala objetosc komody. Nastepnym elementem który jest wylacznie wyposazeniem dodatkowym jest listwa halogenowa przedstawiona na rysunku i zdjeciu nr 4. Jest ona wykonana z plyty wiórowej na której powierzchni zamontowane sa trzy symetrycznie rozmieszczone halogeny. Nie jest ona montowana seryjnie w szafie, ale tylko na zyczenie klienta i w przypadku zamontowania stanowi integralna czesc szafy. Szerokosc takiej listwy wynosi okolo 20 cm. i podobnie jak wykonywana jest w kolorze mebli. Stolik nocny uwidoczniony na zdjeciu i rysunku nr 5 ma postac szescianu o ksztalcie skrzyni. Cecha charakterystyczna tego stolika jest fakt iz posiada on tylko jedna szuflade w jego górnej czesci, a w dolnej znajduje sie wneka niezabudowana. Szuflada posiada jeden poziomy uchwyt. Sam zas stolik jest posadowiony na czterech regulowanych stopkach, jak w pozostalych elementach. Lózko to ostatni z opisywanych mebli oznaczonych na iysunku i zdjeciu numerem 6. Plaszczyzna lózka ma ksztalt prostokata. Przegrody i front lózka wykonane sa z plyty wiórowej o grubosci 22 mm. Front lózka wystaje ponad plaszczyzne materaca i sklada sie z dwóch równoleglych do siebie elementów pomiedzy którymi wystepuje szczelina. Elementy te maja identyczna szerokosc i grubosc i sa zamontowane do nóg lózka. Nogi lózka wykonane sa z drewna, maja przekrój kwadratu i maja dwie wysokosci. Nogi dluzsze, zamontowane przy froncie lózka maja wysokosc blisko trzykrotnie wieksza niz nogi po przeciwnej stronie. W przypadku lózka o wiekszej powierzchni spania istnieje mozliwosc zamontowania dodatkowej stopki, wspornika w postaci metalowej nózki, celem zapewnienia wiekszej stabilizacji lózka. Materac lózka jest ulozony na metalowym stelazu. Od strony wizualnej lózko wyglada bardzo estetycznie i schludnie. Waznym walorem uzytkowym lózka jest jego prostota i solidnosc wykonania, oraz komfort z korzystania z niego. Cala konstrukcja przedstawionych elementów zaliczanych do zestawu mebli jest wykonana z elementów plytowych o grubosci 16 i 22 mm, oraz plyty pilsniowej o grubosci 3 mm stanowiacej sciany tylne poszczególnych elementów. Twórca wzoru przemyslowego zastrzega sobie jego postac w przedstawionej formie na zalaczonych do wniosku rysunku i fotografii, a szczególnosci jego charakterystyczny ksztalt osiagniety przez oryginalny uklad linii przedstawionych elementów. These elements, like the entire set, belong to the group of cabinet furniture for living rooms, offices, and youth rooms. The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial shaping of the individual elements of the furniture set, manifested in their shape and arrangement of lines aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and a photograph. The drawing and photo show the industrial design from the front. The elements of the furniture set consist of the following furniture, marked in the photographs and drawings: "Fig." 7 - 4-door wardrobe, "Fig." 8 - 2-door wardrobe, "Fig." 9 - chest of drawers, "Fig." 10 - halogen strip (as an additional element for wardrobes), "Fig." 11 - bedside table, and "Fig." 12 - bed. The 2-door wardrobe shown in photo no. 2 has the form of a box consisting of two sides, vertical to the ground, and two rims, horizontal to the ground and perpendicular to the sides. Inside the wardrobe there is a metal bar for hangers. The sides of the wardrobe and the door fronts are made of 16 mm thick chipboard, while the rims are made of 22 mm thick chipboard. The entire structure rests on four adjustable feet that allow for leveling the wardrobe relative to the ground. In the lower part of the wardrobe there are two drawers, each with two horizontally mounted metal handles. The width of the drawers corresponds to the width of the entire wardrobe. A distinctive feature of this wardrobe is the use of mirrors on the doors, covering almost the entire door surface, which not only makes the wardrobe aesthetically pleasing but also very practical. The glass is glued to the door. The surface surrounding the mirror is a strip of chipboard approximately eight and a half centimeters wide. Each door has a single handle, identical to the drawers, but mounted vertically. The four-door wardrobe is a continuation of the two-door wardrobe concept, but with some differences. The main difference is, of course, the dimensions, which result from the wardrobe's width, or more precisely, from the "expansion" of this wardrobe by two half-wardrobes, one left and one right, creating a set consisting of three elements: a middle wardrobe, a left-handed half-wardrobe, and a right-handed half-wardrobe, as shown in the drawing and photo. Each half-wardrobe contains four shelves, while the middle wardrobe looks identical to the two-door wardrobe. The doors of the half-wardrobes are solid and made entirely of particleboard. The handles on the half-wardrobes are mounted vertically in the middle. Visually, the four-door wardrobe gives the impression of a more substantial wardrobe and has a correspondingly larger number of feet and handles. An additional option to enhance the usability of the wardrobes and half-wardrobes included in the set is a wardrobe with a so-called extension, which can be installed depending on the customer's preferences. Visually, this extension not only increases the height of the wardrobe or half-wardrobe presented above but also creates a "spacious" impression, as shown in Appendix 1 to the photographs and drawings, Fig. 7. The extension, Fig. 8 in attachment No. 1, is a component placed on the top of a wardrobe or half-wardrobe and increases its height by approximately 20%. It is shaped like a box equipped with two doors that open from the inside outwards in the case of a wardrobe, and one door that opens outwards to the left or right, depending on the type of half-wardrobe. Each door is equipped with vertically mounted metal handles, identical to those on the wardrobe or half-wardrobe. The interior of the extension has no shelves or partitions, creating an open space. A halogen strip can be mounted to each extension depending on the customer's preferences, similar to the installation of the wardrobe or half-wardrobe itself, a general description of which can be found later. The practicality and large capacity of this set also allows it to be used in other spatial solutions, such as hallways or other spaces. Another element of the bedroom is the chest of drawers shown in the photo and drawing no. 3. It has the shape of a regular box. The chest of drawers' height is approximately equal to its width. Like the other pieces of furniture, it is equipped with four symmetrically placed and adjustable metal feet and two identical handles for each drawer, which are mounted horizontally. It is very spacious and practical due to the fact that it has four deep drawers that fill the entire volume of the chest of drawers. The next element, which is only an accessory, is the halogen strip shown in the drawing and drawing no. 4. It is made of chipboard with three symmetrically placed halogen lights mounted on its surface. It is not standardly installed in the wardrobe, but only upon request. If installed, it forms an integral part of the wardrobe. The width of this strip is approximately 20 cm and, like the furniture, is made in the same color as the bedside table. The bedside table shown in the photo and drawing no. 5 is a cube-shaped box. A distinctive feature of this table is that it has only one drawer in its upper section, while the lower section has an unfinished recess. The drawer has a single horizontal handle. The table itself rests on four adjustable feet, like the other elements. The bed is the last of the described furniture pieces, marked with number 6 in the drawing and photo. The bed surface is rectangular. The partitions and the bed front are made of 22 mm thick chipboard. The front of the bed protrudes above the mattress and consists of two parallel elements with a gap between them. These elements are identical in width and thickness and are attached to the bed legs. The bed legs are made of wood, have a square cross-section, and are available in two heights. The longer legs, mounted at the front of the bed, are nearly three times higher than the legs on the opposite side. For beds with a larger sleeping surface, an additional foot, a metal leg support, can be installed to provide greater stability. The bed mattress rests on a metal frame. Visually, the bed is aesthetically pleasing and clean. A key advantage of the bed is its simplicity and solid construction, as well as its comfort. The entire structure of the presented furniture set elements is made of 16 and 22 mm thick board elements, and 3 mm thick fiberboard constituting the back walls of the individual elements. The creator of the industrial design reserves the right to use it as presented in the drawings and photographs attached to the application, and in particular its characteristic shape achieved by the original arrangement of the lines of the presented elements. The described bedroom elements belong to the group of living room furniture called "GRZES," which thus diversifies the game of this furniture, providing potential customers with a wider range of choices and, consequently, greater satisfaction with using this furniture. Essential features of the industrial design: The features that are essential for the registration of the described industrial design - a set of living room furniture - are the shape of this set as a whole and its individual elements, i.e., the four-door wardrobe (Fig. 7), the two-door wardrobe (Fig. 8). 8, a chest of drawers, a halogen strip (as an additional element for wardrobes), a bedside table (Fig. 11), and a bed (Fig. 12). The essence of the design is a new, spatial shaping of the individual elements constituting a set of living room (bedroom) furniture, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, colors, finishing method, construction solution aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The features that are subject to claims of the industrial design (furniture set) are the shape and the visual and aesthetic impression, which is shown in the photographs attached to the description.
