ZESTAW MEBLI POKOJOWYCH Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia do wzoru przemyslowego jest mlodziezowy zestaw mlodziezowych mebli pokojowych, umownie nazwanej MARCIN, skladajacy sie zgodnie z zalaczonym rysunkiem „Fig." 2, o nastepujacej specyfikacji : „Fig."2A - szafa dwudrzwiowa z nadstawka, „Fig." 2B - pólki, „Fig." 2C - biurko, „Fig." 2D - pól szafa, „Fig." 2E - regal oraz „Fig."2F - komoda. Calosc zestawu zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, „Fig." 1. Sciana tylna zestawu stanowi zamknieta plaszczyzne w przypadku szafy dwudrzwiowej, pól szafy, regalu oraz komody i swym ksztaltem nawiazuje do prostokatów o róznej powierzchni (róznej dlugosci i szerokosci sciany tylnej). Sciana ta jest wykonana z plyty pilsniowej. Elementy zestawu mebli pokojowych MARCIN skladaja sie z nastepujacych elementów: - Szafa dwudrzwiowa („Fig."2A rys.) sklada sie z dwóch frontów drzwiowych. Wewnatrz skrzyni, w górnej czesci szafy znajduje sie metalowy drazek na wieszaki. Powierzchnia frontowa jest równa, bez dodatkowych elementów wykonczeniowych. Integralnym elementem szafy dwudrzwiowej jest jej nadstawka zamontowana w górnej czesci, co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii, „Fig." 1 fot. Czesc frontowa nadstawki jest identyczna jak w przypadku szafy dwudrzwiowej „Fig."1 fot. - dwa fronty drzwiowe o proporcjonalnie mniejszej wielkosci. - Pólki („Fig." rys. 2B, rys.) w swym ksztalcie zblizone sa do otwartej „skrzyni" (pólka zamknieta) oraz pojedynczej pólki wspartej na jednym slupku aluminiowym. Slupek ten przymocowany do górnej czesci tej skrzyni. Elementem laczacym górna pólke oraz „skrzynie" jest sciana boczna (z lewej strony), która jest przytwierdzona do prawej sciany bocznej szafy dwudrzwiowej („Fig." 1) Z kolei prawa sciana „skrzyni" jest przymocowana do lewej sciany pól szafy. Mocowanie takie jest bardzo stabilne i trwale, gwarantujace odpowiedni poziom bezpieczenstwa korzystania z nich. 1- Biurko („Fig." 2C, rys.), stanowi kolejny element zestawu mebli MARCIN. Jak zostalo to uwidocznione na zdjeciu sklada sie ono z czesci zamknietej z prawej strony (szuflada oraz pojedyncze drzwiczki frontowe otwierane na prawa strone) oraz z czesci otwartej (wneka pod komputer)oraz górna pólka otwarta, zabudowana tylna sciana. Blat cala swoja plaszczyzna przykrywa biurko i jest mocowany do górnych krawedzi dwóch elementów biurka, co zapewnia mu odpowiednia sztywnosc oraz stabilnosc. Cecha charakterystyczna biurka jest zamontowana bezposrednio pod blatem i wysuwana na zewnatrz pólka (za pomoca rolek) pod klawiature komputera. Biurko jest bardzo ergonomiczne i zapewnia odpowiednio dobra pozycje siedzaca przy korzystaniu z niego. - Pól szafa („Fig." 2D rys.), w swej wysokosci ma identyczna wartosc jak szafa dwudrzwiowa („Fig." 1 fot."). Z kolei jej szerokosc odpowiada polowie szerokosci szafy dwudrzwiowej. Jej glebokosc jest takze nieco mniejsza od szafy dwudrzwiowej czy biurka. Czesc frontowa pól szafy sklada sie patrzac od dolu, z drzwiczek frontowych otwieranych na strone prawa, dwóch wnek symetrycznie rozmieszonych pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie dwie identyczne szuflady. W górnej czesci pól szafy znajduje sie front drzwiowy stanowiacy w swej wysokosci wartosc podwójna wobec dolnych drzwi frontowych, otwieranych takze na prawa strone. („Fig" 1, fot.). - Regal („Fig." 2E, rys.), jest nieco nizszy od opisywanych wczesniej szafy dwudrzwiowej czy pól szafy. Swa szerokoscia z kolei odpowiada szerokosci szafy dwudrzwiowej. Jego glebokosc jest równa glebokosci pól szafy. Patrzac od strony jego dolnej czesci sklada sie on z dwóch frontów drzwiowych, dwóch pólek oraz dwóch frontów drzwiowych, umieszczonych w górnej czesci regalu. - Komoda („Fig." 2F, rys.), w swej wysokosci odpowiada wysokosci biurka, podobnie jak jej szerokosc. Komoda zostala wyposazona w trzy identycznej wielkosci i symetrycznie umieszczone szuflady. Jest to element dodatkowy zestawu mebli pokojowych. 2Cechy Istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku i fotografii, zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacych zestaw mebli pokojowych w widoku z przodu (zwróconych w lewa strone pod niewielkim katem) oraz na rysunku, przedstawiajacym poszczególne elementy zestawu mebli pokojowych. Charakterystyczne dla prezentowanego zestawu mebli jest ksztalt poszczególnych jego elementów oraz zestawu mebli jako calosci, co zostalo przedstawione na fotografii. Cechami istotnymi prezentowanego zestawu mebli sa takze jego walory wizualne i estetyczne (czesc frontowa wykonana w innym kolorze niz boki oraz pólki, blat biurka wraz z wysuwana pólka, wience górne czy wewnetrzne scianki wnek). Rozwiazanie to sprawia wrazenie wyraznego kontrastu kolorystycznego. Ponadto, cecha wyrózniajaca ten zestaw od innych jest sposób jego wykonczenia z uwzglednieniem detali, które wplywaja na jego oryginalnosc. Sa to wiec na przyklad zastosowane aluminiowe uchwyty w kolorze srebrnym - pionowo zamontowane, a w przypadku frontów szufladowych, zamontowane poziomo. Istotnym rozwiazaniem jest takze ksztalt samych pólek znajdujacych sie nad biurkiem, sposób ich polaczenia (aluminiowy filar) oraz zamocowania ich do pozostalych elementów zestawu. Warto takze zwrócic uwage na zastosowane stopki wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, o przekroju kwadratu. Ich srebrny kolor w sposób harmonijny koresponduje do wspomnianych uchwytów, nadajac calemu zestawowi bardzo estetyczny element wykonczenia. 3Wszystkie wymienione cechy oraz walory maja istotne znaczenia dla jego cech oryginalnosci. Goszcz, ul Sycowska 16 56-416 Twardogóra 4 /popis zglaszajacego-twórcy wzoru/„Fig" 1„Fig" 2 F E D B C A PLLIVING ROOM FURNITURE SET The subject of this industrial design application is a youth set of youth living room furniture, conventionally named MARCIN, consisting in accordance with the attached drawing "Fig." 2, with the following specifications: "Fig." 2A - two-door wardrobe with extension, "Fig." 2B - shelves, "Fig." 2C - desk, "Fig." 2D - half wardrobe, "Fig." 2E - bookcase and "Fig." 2F - chest of drawers. The entire set is shown in the attached photograph, "Fig." 1. The back wall of the set is a closed plane in the case of the two-door wardrobe, half wardrobe, bookcase and chest of drawers and its shape refers to rectangles of different surfaces (different lengths and widths of the back wall). This wall is made of fiberboard. The MARCIN living room furniture set consists of the following elements: - A two-door wardrobe ("Fig."2A, fig.) consists of two door fronts. Inside the box, in the upper part of the wardrobe, there is a metal bar for hangers. The front surface is even, without additional finishing elements. An integral element of the two-door wardrobe is its extension mounted in the upper part, which is shown in the photograph "Fig."1, photo. The front part of the extension is identical to the two-door wardrobe "Fig."1, photo - two door fronts of proportionally smaller size. - The shelves ("Fig.", fig. 2B, fig.) in their shape are similar to an open "box" (closed shelf) and a single shelf supported by a single aluminum post. This post is attached to the upper part of the box. The element connecting the top shelf and the "box" is the side wall (on the left), which is attached to the right side wall of the two-door cabinet ("Fig." 1). In turn, the right wall of the "box" is attached to the left wall of the cabinet halves. This attachment is very stable and durable, guaranteeing an appropriate level of safety during use. 1- The desk ("Fig." 2C, drawing) is another element of the MARCIN furniture set. As shown in the photo, it consists of a part closed on the right side (drawer and a single front door opening to the right) and an open part (computer bay) as well as an open top shelf, enclosed by a rear wall. The tabletop covers the desk with its entire surface and is attached to the upper edges of the two desk elements, which ensures its appropriate stiffness and stability. A distinctive feature of the desk is a shelf mounted directly under the top and extending outward (using rollers) for the computer keyboard. The desk is very ergonomic and ensures a comfortable sitting position when using it. - The half wardrobe ("Fig." 2D drawing) is identical in height to the two-door wardrobe ("Fig." 1 photo"). Its width, in turn, is half the width of the two-door wardrobe. Its depth is also slightly smaller than the two-door wardrobe or the desk. Viewed from below, the front of the half wardrobe consists of a front door opening to the right, two symmetrically arranged recesses with two identical drawers between them. The upper part of the half wardrobe contains a door front that is twice the height of the lower front door, which also opens to the right. ("Fig." 1 photo). - The bookcase ("Fig." 2E, drawing), is slightly lower than the previously described two-door wardrobes or half-wardrobes. Its width, in turn, corresponds to the width of the two-door wardrobe. Its depth is equal to the depth of the half-wardrobes. Viewed from its lower part, it consists of two door fronts, two shelves, and two door fronts placed in the upper part of the bookcase. - The chest of drawers ("Fig." 2F, drawing), its height corresponds to the height of the desk, as does its width. The chest of drawers is equipped with three identically sized and symmetrically placed drawers. It is an additional element of the living room furniture set. 2Essential Features of an Industrial Design: The essence of an industrial design is a new, spatial shaping of individual elements of the set, manifested in their shape, line arrangement, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations—a drawing and photograph attached to the application—depicting a living room furniture set from the front (facing left at a slight angle) and a drawing showing individual elements of the living room furniture set. The distinctive features of this furniture set include the shape of its individual elements and the furniture set as a whole, as shown in the photograph. Other significant features of this furniture set include its visual and aesthetic qualities (the front section is finished in a different color than the sides and shelves, the desk top with its extendable shelf, the top panels, and the interior walls of the alcoves). This solution creates the impression of a striking color contrast. Furthermore, what distinguishes this set from others is its finishing, with attention to detail contributing to its uniqueness. These include, for example, the silver aluminum handles – mounted vertically, and in the case of the drawer fronts, mounted horizontally. The shape of the shelves above the desk, their connection (aluminum pillar) and their attachment to the other elements of the set are also important. It's also worth noting the square plastic feet. Their silver color harmoniously matches the handles, giving the entire set a very aesthetic finishing touch. 3All of the above-mentioned features and values are significant for its originality.
