Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowa postac mebla wielofunkcyjnego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma prostokatna plyte tworzaca tylny korpus mebla, do którego zamocowane sa dwie boczne scianki, a u góry calosc zwienczona jest uchylna pólka. Do tylnej plyty stanowiacej korpus zamocowane jest lózko z mozliwoscia podnoszenia i opuszczania legowiska. Natomiast do czesci spodniej lózka zamocowany jest szeroki blat spelniajacy funkcje biurka z bocznymi sciankami tworzacymi podparcie dla lózka w pozycji przygotowanej do spania. Blat biurka w momencie podnoszenia i opuszczania lózka utrzymuje sie zawsze w poziomie. W dolnej czesci mebla pod biurkiem umiejscowione sa dwie szuflady wyposazone w poziome uchwyty. Z prawej strony widoczny jest regal zamocowany obrotowo do bocznej scianki mebla. Regal posadowiony jest na kólkach pozwalajacych na jego swobodne odchylanie do boku o 90°. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape, surface properties, and original arrangement of furniture components, which give the furniture a unique character, enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thereby providing it with distinctive and functional features. The multifunctional furniture, as defined by the industrial design, is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production and can be made from any wood or wood-like board in available colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Photo 1 shows a general view of the furniture in a position where the desk is exposed, and Photo 2 shows a general view of the furniture in a position where the sleeping area is exposed. The multifunctional furniture, based on the industrial design, will be introduced to the market under the trade name "REBIKO." The essential features of the industrial design include a rectangular panel forming the rear body of the furniture, to which two side panels are attached, and a hinged shelf at the top. A bed is attached to the rear body panel, which allows the bed to be raised and lowered. A wide tabletop serving as a desk is attached to the underside of the bed, with side panels providing support for the bed in the sleeping position. The desk top remains level when the bed is raised and lowered. Two drawers with horizontal handles are located in the lower part of the furniture, beneath the desk. On the right side, a shelf is swivel-mounted to the side panel of the furniture. The bookcase is mounted on wheels that allow it to be tilted freely sideways by 90°.
