Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i postac wezglowia tapicerowanego przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach zdobniczo-uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu elementów zdobniczych. Calkowicie tapicerowane wezglowie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest forma przestrzenna w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu obwiedzionego ramka z trzech – od góry i po bokach – stron, którego górna czesc jest wieksza niz dolna, dolna jest gladka i plaska a górna wypelniona ukosnymi, stykajacymi sie ze soba pod katem ok 45 ? – w jodelke, wypuklymi, pólwalkowymi poduchami, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach od fig. 1 do fig. 1.8. The essence of the design is the original structure and form of the upholstered headboard, manifested in the characteristic decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape of the decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.5 show the headboard from a front view; Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.6 show the headboard in combination with the bed frame in a front perspective view; Fig. 1.3 and Fig. 1.7 show the headboard in combination with the bed frame from an angle; and Fig. 1.4 and Fig. 1.8 show the headboard in combination with the bed frame from a side view. A fully upholstered headboard is characterized by its three-dimensional form, a cuboid framed on three sides—top and sides—with the upper part larger than the lower, the lower part smooth and flat, and the upper part filled with diagonal, convex, semi-cylindrical cushions meeting at an angle of approximately 45°—in a herringbone pattern, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 1.8. The headboard can be used with various types of furniture boxes. The headboard can be available in various color combinations, e.g., beige, and upholstered in various fabrics, e.g., velvet, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 1.8. Essential features of the industrial design The subject of the design is a fully upholstered headboard, framed on three sides – from the top and sides – in the shape of a cuboid, bipartite block, the upper part of which is larger than the lower one, the lower part is smooth and flat, and the upper part is filled with diagonal, touching each other at an angle of approximately 45° – in a herringbone pattern, convex, semi-cylindrical cushions as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 1.8.
